So Ruslan got hold of me AFTER Vlad took the time to respond.

In a nutshell - This JOKER threatened to close my account for complaining that they didn't answer emails or skypes. So they basically don't want me to complain they don't respond. According to them:

"It is not a good reason for any affiliate to write about such minor issues on the Top-rated forums trying to blackmail a project"

Blackmail? Blackmail for a query on when I will be paid and a query on the commission percentage?

To be fair, he did answer my question about why I earned 18% - linking to the AGD Rev Audit Share. I didn't bother checking it as I never actively promoted them.

However, it must be noted that he not only threatened to close my account - but he DID. Not that I'm really bothered to be fair - I never promoted them. After the initial Audit with AGD - I shyed away with their fees.

So to all you guys who intend on promoting them - Be careful of this: All it took was a post complaining that they are not responding for them to do this:

2.3. Affiliate Program participation

You will ensure that all activities taken by you under the Affiliate Agreement will be in Company’s best interest and will in no way harm the Company’s reputation or goodwill.

These guys are an absolute joke of a bunch.

Been trying to contact Vlad and he ignores my skype and emails for a simple query I have - Probably 4 or 5 emails already?

Contacted Olivia - She advised me Vlad is aware but is so unhelpful, its unreal. I don't think I've had such bad affiliate managers who have ZERO motivation to answer simple emails.

I can foresee people running into trouble with this bunch should they have a simple query. I even asked them, will it take a post on an affiliate forum to get a reply?

They couldn't be arsed IMPO - Olivia just brushes me off telling me to contact Vlad who never bothers to respond and the cycle continues.

Freedom of speech in forums is one thing, but abuse and intimidating remarks about my team on a personal basis will not be tolerated from me. Regarding the issue in hand: sometimes, very rarely and due to force majeure, an affiliate may not get an answer in the timeframe our T&Cs state. We try to avoid this as much as possible, but in some cases, it just cannot be helped.

What can be helped is trust, understanding and work towards a common goal. The members of my team are absolutely proficient in English, burn the midnight oil for our affiliates and try to answer to everyone ASAP, even including affiliates, who, themselves have not been responsive for months, or even years.

We are very annoyed by SnazzySlots’ offending remarks which cast a bad light on a hard-working, competent and awarded team. I am proud to work with Vlad and Olivia and I know that our affiliates are proud to work with them, too.

While it's your right to post a defence with respect to @SnazzySlots protest(s), I really don't think anything you say at this point (after closing this affiliate's account) is going to do you any favours.

KasinoKing wasn't a King Billy affiliate when he asked you the following question (https://www.affiliateguarddog.com/c...lly-casino-affiliates-intro.11368/#post-86306) dated 27'th Jan 2018.

That post remained unanswered by you, until your reply Yesterday... 17 months later. Was this, as you put it, also on account of "force majeure". A coupler of weeks delay, may constitute using "force majeure" as an excuse... But certainly not a delay of 17 months :rolleyes:

But lets get back to (as you put it), the issue at hand.

Fact... It was you, yourself, who commenced this thread. Yet, going on your own proven inability to answer forum posts in a timely manner, furthermore a trusted member of AGD has posted they've sent multiple emails (4 or 5) with no reply. None of these examples provide any boost to your reliability, or that of King Bill Affiliate Program.

Seems little to no concern has been given to this thread; reiterating the thread you commence, and until some negative posts about King Billy aff program have been posted, these seems to be your motivation to post again.

Shooting the messenger (SnazzySlots) isn't cool.
Especially when your tardiness (slackness), and that of the Aff Program is the sole reason, for these negative posts.

IMHO, under the circumstances, the action taken against SnazzySlots, is 100% overkill.

Food for Thought:
To prevent further negative posts about King Billy, it might be a wise choice to simply answer emails, and posts in a timely manner (within 48 hours). And, if your unable to do that, then at least send an email, or post to a forum that your busy.

Letting people know what's up is just common courtesy ;)

Reiterating, closing an account due to your own continued stuff ups, isn't cool!

We treat all our partners with utmost respect, as they deserve.

On the contrary, this particular affiliate has crossed more than once, the line of proper and polite discussion, taking cheap, ironic shots at the professionalism and dignity of hard working men and women in our casino. Quoting (his exact words):

• “…isn't difficult to comprehend, even for them!”
• “…is even too much for them”
• “King Billy? More like King Useless”
• “This JOKER”

When the affiliate is not being ironic, he is just completely wrong:
• “She has ignored any and all further queries”

However, without wasting the forum’s valuable time, let us sum the situation up in three paragraphs.

1.
Affiliate Snazzy Slots contacted us on Thursday, June 20, 2019. His issue was resolved on Monday, June 24, 2019. This is two freaking business days people! Every serious industry person would be happy to have issues resolved in 2 business days.

2.
Moreover, affiliate Snazzy Slots last contacted us almost one year ago and has sent us 1 (no typo there, one) player during this time. Having his issue cleared out in 2 days, speaks volumes about the professionalism and consideration of the King Billy boys and girls.

3.
The affiliate’s account shall be suspended, within a 30-day period after a clear violation of our Affiliates T&C. We can never tolerate bullying, distortion of the truth and intimidating remarks towards our stuff, which we think of as our extended family. Members of this family are also the 500+ affiliates who can testify about our integrity and who helped a casino out of nowhere win the Affiliate Program 2019 Award in this year’s iGB Awards, leaving behind industry giants like Bettson and Mr. Green.

Thank you for your understanding. King Billy Casino considers this case closed.

You seem to be proficient at reading - So you will see that I said - I NEVER PROMOTED YOU properly - Irrespective if it was 1 player or 10 players, the crux of the matter is you are unprofessional.

You want to come on here and act like closing my account is going to make any fundamental difference to my life - It wont, Move on already. You are already beginning to show why you shouldn't be trusted.

You haven't replied to queries from last year and then you appear here to act all righteous and responsive. You ignored AussieDaves query about why you didn't respond to queries from last year.

Another thing - the amount of players, my revenue or anything else is not for public consumption, once again, you prove that you have no ethics or understanding of privacy. Even If i sent you half a player it has nothing to do with anyone.

Next - what should I expect? My personal details on this thread?

We can deal with the issues at hand here. You are just going on to prove WHY other affiliates should not promote you. Trying to justify acting rogue and closing accounts because people posted about you is doing wonders for your reputation.

Go on... We can fight about this all week...

Funny how this thread has become a complaining thread. I have worked with King Billy and Ruslan for months. One of the most professional affiliate managers out there. Trust me, I am a complaining guy and I have no timing since I work 24/7, but I always get my questions sorted within hours. From the time I was a small partner, to now that we are growing, we have been taken care off in the best way possible.
Normally for us affiliates, its always easier to write complaints in forums and not give credit for a good job, and I believe we all should think about that.

With that said, I am more than happy to work with these guys at King Billy and in specific Ruslan who is my contact!
