@Miles_Videoslots - I've never been one to support CPA. However in the case of VS, and imho, going this path, might actually work out a lot better. Of course, there's always the chance that VS, like other programs, could try to spin the 'unqulified' player routine. Though while your on deck, I think affiliates who are sending bona fide traffic, should have nothing to fear.

I don't know of any programs where you can get a CPA or Hyrbid deal from day 1 as a new affiliate and these options are now available at Videoslots if you choose the correct links and campaigns structure these are all Tiered and based on performance however.

For excising affiliates that want a Hybrid or CPA DEAL we are open to talking to you for sure ..of course there will be some negotiating on Min deposit and Wagering etc there have to be some checks and balances in place to protect us from Incentivized play but we are open to talk for sure .. a small cpa on a hybrid deal is at least a guarantee of some revenue every month.

The VS CPA base rate for 1 - 5 players is €50
As far as Min deposit...
Let me put this out there. I could contact any program, and @ a min deposit of $20, I'd receive $150 CPA, for 1 - 10 players.

So @ €50 I would think a min CPA (click per action) of a €10 (or relavant currency), would be reasonable. Anything about that Min, and it's not worth the risk for me.

We have a Min deposit at the casino of 10 Euros .

I wouldn't even contemplate doing a CPA with a base of 10 and a CPA of 150 .. and if I went to 20 and 150 then as I say depending on the affiliate , How confident we are in his traffic , If he has been in the game for a while and has a good reputation of delivering a good quality player for sure no wagering on that would 100% be an option and less protective elements would obviously be implemented .

If it was a new affiliate and we knew nothing about him I would put as many protective elements in that deal as I could to protect the casino from having to pay 1500 Euros on a 10 player test where all the players went on to purchase 10 Euros only etc would be silly so I would want to negotiate to make it as fair as I could on both parties.

Key Phrase here Negotiate if you talk to us we will try accommodate you as best we can as long as it make sense for both.

The standard offer is there if an affiliate wants to use it .. its there its an option for any new affiliates that's sign up and was never intended to attract super affiliates and your more recognized CPA GUYS

Hence your deal would be negotiated with minimal hassle and the least amount of restrictions bar possibly the min deposit and you would not have to worry about anything else ...

However we still would want to do a test of 20 Players or so in order to guarantee quality of traffic and then once we had reviewed these and were happy "Balls to the Wall" "

you once were among the most transparent programs when you showed all expenses such as license fees, bank fees etc. But you deliberately decided to turn these off for all affiliates without any good reason. You (VS) said it was a temporary thing but the years has passed since.

I guess this was before you started working for Videoslots.

Your boss et al has already blown-you-off with the excuse of the Danish Market, to why 1 of their developer's can't spend 2 or so hours, reistablishing "the promised" stats (removal was supposed to be a tempory thing). It would also seem that his moral compass is broken. Not to mention it would also seem, the VS aff program's words are cheap and meaningless.

We were promised the stats (bank fees, license etc) would be up within a couple of weeks after they got turned off when the community started questioning them. It really has been years now. No updates - only new promises like "soon", "within a few months", "Q1-Q4", "within a year". Nice stalling tactics there Videoslots! I don't understand how they still can be certified by AGD and GPWA(?). Would be nice if someone other than us regular affiliates could put some pressure on them.

The problem is that affiliates are usually not that organized and the affiliate programs know this. We have no power. These threads usually last for a couple of weeks. They are just riding out the shit storm. After that, it gets quiet for about a year and they can keep doing what they are doing. After a year or so the discussion starts all over again. New promises, new disappointments...

The problem is that when you are already promoting a brand you just want it to work. Especially if you have lots of tagged players to your account. It is at times like these I wish went with CPA. Then I would have dropped VS years ago and never worked with them again. I have never worked with any other affiliate company that has broken that many promises through the years.

Sent some traffic to VS and tracking seems to be good, but I do not trust the money stats (literally a few $) the numbers are way of the normal conversion for this program compared to others.

I will not work with them again regardless of the outcome, once you start of with not offering basic information for affiliates or worse removing it, this is just not done in these modern times we live in.

I cannot be held responsible for the mistakes of the past and will try my hardest to get some normality back to the affiliate program over time yes its going to take time.

In that time if you choose not to promote VS then fine I cannot force nor will try over and over to reassure you things will be OK as I have said plenty times.

I have made my voice heard and if the words fall on deaf ears well then I'm in trouble am I not.

We have never NOT PAID affiliates money owed it may not be what you've expected but its been paid always .
We have a great Casino product and pay our players always.
We abide by the rules set out to us by the regulators monitoring us.
We have not bought GPWA sponsorship have we?

There are a lot of positives and a lot of negatives for sure ..but its your choice and you've been heard and are making that choice..

I have said also that if your nit happy with your current deal raise it to your manager and put forward a new plan and go from there are options.

you Just need to look around to find much much more dishonest affiliate programs and shifty things happening instead
of putting it all on us and making us look like we the only ones that have an issue at he moment with our system

NO look at the GPWA and posts regarding the 50 + NetRefer programs that don't show Deposits etc
Look at Foxy Bingo and the issue of Cashcade AFFILIATSE closing and taking players and money etc

I'm sorry but its time to draw a line now under this topic and I wont post again .. you've been heard and I've told you that ill do my best to rectify what I can .

Our system is what it is for now and its a work in progress affiliates that want to work with us are doing so knowing that yes it isn't great but
at least we are managed well and are not going to close doors anytime soon and run for the hills like many affiliates programs have and some of you have
been burnt by these in the past.

I cant defend myself nor the product over and over again its not what it should be we agree all of us agree ..Its Not as Transparent as we would like

It's never too late to drop any program or to demote them to the lower positions of you website. You can't keep sending your hard earned referrals to a crappy affiliate program just because you think the casino is great. The sooner you make a change the better it will be for your pocket.

You can always promote them again if / when the owners wake up.

Figured I had better tpeak to this VS is not paying AGD $$, and it's never about that here anyway. I have had sponsors who decided to change their terms the wrong way (i.e., towards predatory) and have immediately revoked their sponsorship and status regardless of payment.

As far as certification... yes, they are certified based upon the meaning of our certification. Their terms are friendly, their casino is in good standing, they communicate with affiliates (obviously). Affiliate Backend... That is tricky. I agree we need a lot more transparency and this is true with probably 99% of the affiliate programs out there. I would like to figure out a way that we can push this (as a group) such that programs will WANT to provide complete stats. That would be ideal, in my opinion.

Sorry for taking this off-topic a bit, I just wanted to make sure you were aware of how we work here at AGD. I am going to think about this certification, though... If I could get a bunch of stats from a bunch of affiliates whereby I could validate that their revshare is supremely lower than expectations - then it is possible that I could move them to the warning category for low revshare.

I see the word "fair" thrown around a bit in this thread. And, we've also heard that "we" (collectively) need to give Miles a chance to fix stuff. However, I think there needs to be a defining time-line drawn in the sand. Otherwise, (going on past performances), the stats issue will never be resolved. Instead "other" casino improvements/licenses will always take precendence.

So Miles, instead give us something with teeth, a furture month when the stats with be returned...

I think if the VS aff program can't/wont do this, then we really are going round in circles, like unicorn's chasing intangible carrots.

I really cant put a line in the sand because if I do and then we don't come good by that date then its more wuup ass .. I will say as soon as I do know more or if we do hear any news I will update you that's the best I can do for now .. I cant commit to a date I'm sorry
