This program does not respond at all on any e-mails. Also the Payments Dep does not answer.
I just started to promote them and they say they pay on the first day of the month.
My option to bitcoin cash out is still not approved.
This is really a sad program.

Hi there. 7 days ago they approved the payment option but after that nothing happened. No answers no payment so far.
I really don't understand this.
Do anyone have a contact for me that do response?

Hello @bonusparadise sorry to hear that. Please keep in mind that there was a conference in Lisbon over the past few days, so many affiliates were attending, that might be the reason for the delayed responses.
@cindygreco can you please provide some feedback here?

To avoid this type of issue, you need to set rules: you pay on time and it's OK, and if you don't, you have to pay a penalty (e.g. EUR 10 for each day late) on top of the principal. And if the delay is, for example, more than 1 month, we terminate the cooperation and blacklist you and inform others about your practices on affiliation forms. Simple, but effective.

Thanks FreeSpins for your advice! That's a good one.
We working almost 20 years with Online Casinos and never had problems before.
This is the first brand that does not really care about affililates it seems.
We are normally only working close with the good brands.
My mistake is that i did not know they are owned by casinoexteme, because we did remove them like 10 years ago.
Players like the Casino Adrenaline brand so I hope thay they also fix it with affiliates.
If not then we also have to remove them and blacklist the place.

We give it some more time but if we do not get paid in 30 days then we must remove them.
