We have small earning with them but now accumulated to reach our threshold so we sent an email to chase the fund on 21 June but there were no responses from him. I know these guys are rogue and we have been warning players not to play at their casinos for 5 or more years. But also know a lot of people here weren't so picky. This is how you can expect your players to be treated if you work with these crooks:

In May processed a withdrawal for NZD$XXXX , following up daily for around 2 months. Then the casino went radio silent, apparently closing down for upgrades to new systems and run under new management.

Couple of weeks ago, maybe 3/4 months of offline time. They came back online again. Still as grand reef casino, but yes different systems and games.

Now they are saying with the new management and the system migration, they are starting fresh, all previous withdrawals or balances have been wiped and they won’t be doing anything to get it back as new management don’t want to pay out from old management. I have screenshots of all conversations, emails, my withdrawal amount etc. Can you do anything to help me get what is mine ?? thanks in advance

So these scumbags have relaunched using RTG and are marketing to their same player base. But they are lying to all the existing players that they are under new management and can't pay the old balances.
