Wire issues usually means no money
i would say it's time they get some orange/red mark here somewhere on the forum.

Karaba, yes that is correct we got a return from the bank that the funds were not received.
Sandi did email you with the response back from the bank. Can you please ensure to respond to her so that we can ensure that the correct wire account is used with regards to the transfer.
