I have 2 accounts, one (1) is a shared account (50/50 split wqith my ex business partner), the other is my own account, where the split is paid into, and also whatever else is earned on that account. The status qou of these accounts have been unchanged for years. However, this month and payment for July 2017 for some bizarre unknown reason, my personal account got split 50/50 with ex business partner.
So I make contact last Tuesday to inform Commission365 of this screw up. I received a reply back that day, towards the end of business, accepting it was their mix-up, and the remaining 50% would be paid ASAP.
Well, Wed was a public holiday in South Africa. Either way I'm still waiting for this payment to turn up. Lot of promises and excuses but nothing paid as yet. Another 25 min and Monday for them will be done and dusted.
I don't like bringing the stuff the forum (I prefer email)... But that doesn't work, and instead, it seems (even when the payment screw-up is 100% the programs error), you have to make a public post to get them to pull their fingers out and just pay.
TBH it's not much $xxx, so I'm at lose to why this has to take so damn long...
