its doesn't make sense to me, usage is usage, irregardless if a player wins or loses. I'd like to know more about how licensing works.

I have moved VS to the predatory area and have changed their status. Seems too many issues these days with them and I do not want other affiliates to find out the hard way :(

Have they been notified about this thread? Would be nice to hear their input on this. I am sure they have good intentions.

Just checked my June stats... and the ONLY relevant information the reports show is deposits of over £8,000 and net revenue of £0.00.

Of course I accept that casinos can be net losers - even month after month - seen that many times.
But what bugs me with VS now, is there are NO other details (Bank & Licensing fees, Cash-back, Bonus costs, Withdrawals, etc) to give me the confidence that the calculations are being run correctly.
Furthermore any casino loss is shown as Net Revenue of £0, rather than the actual figure. (e.g. Net Revenue: -£1,234)
This is a very poor situation for one of the most popular casinos I list :(

I have e-mailed these same comments to VS to see what they have to say...

KasinoKing, don't you see the stats even if you go to "Player Stats"? I can see June's negative number there (but not Bank & Licensing fees, Cash-back, Bonus costs, Withdrawals, etc).

Generally, Videoslots are quite popular with me as well, but I feel that the income is not growing along with all the new players that I genereate. The growth in income is more linear with other casinos than with VS.

Thanks - I didn't know about that report!
My players were lucky to the tune of £800+ ;)
Though mind you, that is NET revenue - going by the vast fees etc. we used to see detail of in previous months, the players AND the casino probably lost out in June... :(

the vast fees etc.

They were offering lifetime 60% to affiliates when they 1'st opened.
Had a heated discussion over at CAP about it with Lucas, who ducked and dodged the actual monitory questions of "how much are these fees?" Never did get an answer.

Maybe Kim you can give us ALL a break-down of these fees and deductions, please?

Up until May these fees were fully detailed in the back-end (except for some unknown reason the License Fee didn't include the UK Gambling Tax which came in from November 2014)

The first screenshot below was from January - and you can see the fees are shown in great detail.
The second one was June - the Gross Revenue all the Fees fields have been removed, and replaced with a simple "Net Revenue" field.
(I blanked out my % deal & earnings as that's confidential)

I heard back from VS that their new back-end is on the way - but they can't give me an exact date yet.

Hi everyone,

I had a discussion internally today regarding your feedback here.

Anyone who wants their break-down is welcome to email me (kim.lindsjo@videoslots.com) and I will supply it.

We aim to launch our new affiliate program this month - if everything goes well :)
With the new program we will add so anyone can see their break down again. I cant promise it will be there on launch, but it will come back within a couple of weeks at longest.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we thank you for all the feedback to approve our system!

Just to make clear, no changes has been made on how we calculate the affiliate earnings

Bets - Wins - Jackpots = Gross
Gross - Bonuses (incl cash back and races) - transaction fees - software fees - Government Tax (Only UK for now) = Net Revenue

Are you guys going to get a better affiliate program it has been a couple years now since you started talking about doing that..
At LAC (2016) they assured me it was "coming very soon"...
Then I asked them "how long is a piece of string?"... and they couldn't answer! :p
