Be prepared if your in the US to jump through hoops just to get your money you earned! I am going to have to pull this brand since I need to be verified like I am a player(they only pay into a player account), which means they want my passport copied(hell no!).

Guess I wasted months & time with this place! Really don't care for the fact they don't have a proper affiliate program either.

Never, ever send a copy of your passport to anyone. You may also find it's a federal offence.

Agreed, hence I never touched them!

If they dont take US players how can a US based affiliate verify their id?

Exactly???

This doesn't sound good at all. Hopefully this can be resolved and changes made to make payments easier.

Hi All,

Good evening.

(Just seen this thread, as I was not aware of it before.)

Verification is required for all affiliates as advised earlier on today to Christine via email. ie; (This is not just for US affiliates, and is a standard procedure which applies to all affiliates regardless of residing country.)

Moreover, as informed earlier via email - when I wrote Passport on my first reply – (it’s was simply one example of acceptable documents for proof of I.D.) So if anyone does not wish to upload a scan of their passport that's completely fine.

Here are the other acceptable documents which you may choose from to upload within the proof of identity field.: Drivers License / National I.D. Card.

As for proof of address – Acceptable documents are: Utility Bills / Bank Statements / Telephone Bills showing name and address clearly.

P.S. - The verifying of just these 2 docs is only done one time only.

ie; From the second time onwards, affiliates withdraw their commission earnings simply by clicking on the "withdraw" button within their profile and submit their request for payment.

Thanks alot, and do let me know in case anyone has any further questions, and I'll galdly assist.

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Hi Christine,

Good evening, no worries. :)

As I had mentioned to you a little while ago when we had set a meet up at the conference that we will be revamping the whole affiliate program this year. (Which was one of the reasons to meet up in order to get feedback and any pointers that you and other affiliates would prefer etc.)

At the moment we have software launches coming up which as you know take quite some time with integrating etc., and after that we have a new gaming concept which will be launched after we launch with NetEnt aside from other major unique site features. Therefore right at this moment our tech team have quite the handfull, although having said that, the affiliate program is still lined up and will be revamped as said above by this year. (Hopefully within the summer months)

In any case I will keep you and everyone else updated as to when we will be building up our new aff program system which will also be with a seperate account from the player's - (as is now.) .

Unfortunately we won't be at the AAC, so we could then set up a meet for the following conference either at BAC or SIGMA - which will be held in Malta. :)

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Not trying to derail, Lucas. Just to mention that the small post simply means to everyone that you have been notified of a post in this forum :) I tried to re-phrase it, we will see if it makes any more sense - see the post immediately after this one (it is automatic from the system).

Lucas, this is silly. Affiliates are business partners -- not players -- and there is no need for this sort of ID verification.

Legitimate businesses pay other legitimate businesses all the time without demanding to see the CEO's drivers license and a utility bill.

Claiming that this is a "standard procedure" is complete nonsense, and if you intend to stay in business much longer, you should reconsider this ASAP -- and also fire the genius who came up with this idea in the first place.

I'm guessing that conference was LAC back in Jan. Ummm that's 4 months ago. I'll believe it when I see it!

Agreed... Agreed...Agreed

Plus with regard to Christine and other USA affiliates... I'm sure most are paid by wire. Making this "proof if ID" request to Christine, even sillier.

Hi All,

Good morning. :)

@Engineer - The verification process must be done for affiliates as well, as it is part of the LGA license’s regulations. Some other programs already do this too. Those who do not follow this rule are simply breaching their LGA license agreement, of which we have no intention to do at all, as a legitimate business we observe the LGA rules and follow them very strictly.

From the LGA – it’s all payments that are over 2.5K must be verified, and as our policy we verify regardless of amount. { Again - The verifying of just these 2 docs is done one time only (which is the first time an affiliate goes to withdraw their earnings) As explained earlier, that from the second time onwards the verification process would have already been done.}

Yet another reason for the verification is the situation of affiliates referring themselves through their affiliate account, and making money on their losses and therefore cheating the casino by abusing the system. We’ve encountered this already very recently, and because we follow the regulations stipulated by the LGA, we have caught the affiliate.

@Bet4You, - As I previously informed everyone here on this thread, that revamping the affiliate program is not a priority at this stage as we have other projects launching soon and in the near coming months, and also as there’s nothing wrong with program itself. Having said that – there will be much more current marketing material such as new banners etc., and will be as a separate account (not a player account too as it currently is) and you can rest your mind assured that we’ll keep you posted when we are ready with it.

On another note – we still pay out by bank wire. The affiliate earnings are always paid on the 7th of each month to the affiliate’s account, and then they simply need to request their withdrawal via bank. (Given that the verification is done).

Thanks again, and let me know if any one has any further questions, and i'll gladly help out.

Kind Regards,
Lucas

I can attest that I only have to verify once and have gotten paid multiple times by Videoslots Affiliates. It wasn't a bit deal for me.

What if you are paying a corporation, not an individual?
