Hello to all,
I'm a player of GRAND REEF,i would like to tell my story very sad with this
casino.
After depositing about 3000 euro in this casino,i played and I arrived at 6810 €.
May 6, 2014 the day I made two withdrawals, one from 5000 and one from 1810€
I received 1750 euro and then deleted the account and I have not received a single euro.
Do not tell you how many emails and chats I had with GRAND REEF, no response
from email and live chat from thousands of falsehood, are in possession of all the evidence, chat live with Amanda-Alana-Collin told me where a multitude of lies
I also saved screenshots of withdrawals.
It's been 80 days and still have not been paid my winnings.
I've never met people so false and arrogant in my life.
I hope that I will receive my winnings of € 5050 because I need the money, my son is seriously ill and I have to treat him.
This is my story that I had created insomnia because I needed the money.
These people did not pay more than your winnings, allow themselves to be overbearing and arrogant without explanation about your money won honestly.
I hope some people can help me and everyone can read this sad story with GRAND REEF.
Can I still speak well of GRAND REEF only if I pay my winnings after 80 days.
Greetings to all in the hope of finding help

Go and sign up an account at www.Casinomeister.com

They have a free "Pitch-A-Bitch" service you can use, where they will try to help you resolve your problem with the casino.

Grand Reef is in the "Rogue Pit" there - but only in the "Not Recommended" section due to their totally immoral policy of hanging on to player's progressive winnings (like dozens of other sh*t Playtechs), so I think a PAB will be accepted in this case.

Dendera Casino is in the "Not Recommended" section too...
But you seem happy to promote them on your site, including some other questionable (void of ethics) white label Rival sh*t holes too.

Getting information out there to players and affiliates is good BUT you're promoting equally questionable casinos... just sayin!

Although I have massive respect for Bryan, he is not the best at keeping all the info on his website up-to-date (nor am I for that matter!).
Dendera was put in the Rogue Pit many YEARS ago and I'm pretty sure he hasn't reviewed them since. As I recall, they were only put there in the first place due to some unprofessionalism by a CS rep - NOT for ripping off any players.

I did a review of all the Rivals a couple of years ago, and dumped all the ones which were "dodgy" in my opinion. Dendera did not fall into that category for me.

Feedback is always welcome - good or bad. So if you have some evidence of why you say some of my Rival casinos are void of ethics, I would like to hear it please. I could do without most of them anyway (including Dendera) as I don't even earn peanuts with most of them! :(

Aren't these the guys who own Indio Casino and African Palace Casino, but claimed they were new owners.

As an affiliate I view you as one of the good guys.
However, poking sh*t at one casino group (even if/when valid), when your are actively engaging in promoting other known sh*t holes, is a bit cheeky imo... just sayin!

Seems this site is upkept well enough.

I was also told it was new owners. What evidence do you have that they are not new?

KK

Casino Listings has a good rundown here:
http://www.casinolistings.com/casinos/african-palace-casino-review

But to summarise, there was a guy named Denver Chetty who was one of the guys who owned African Palace and was involved in the rip off of that poor South African woman who won the huge jackpot there. They were in trouble in South Africa for ripping off the lady and accepting local players against the law. So they stopped accepting South African players and "sold" the business to a Curacao shell company. It is the same people running things and nothing has changed.

More info on Chetty here:
http://chettyexpose.blogspot.com

Commission365 announced the "sale" in May 2011 here:
http://www.commission365.com/news-items.php#rand

But hang on... Denver Chetty registered grandreefpoker back in 2009 (scroll down to WHOIS analysis and search for {Owner}):
http://www.sitetrail.com/grandreefpoker.com

Oops. Busted.

I have no problem with you expressing your opinion - in fact I welcome it.
But you're being too vague. Which casinos on my site do you think are "sh*t holes", and why?
PM me if you don't want to post publicly.
I certainly have no desire to promote any really crap casinos, so if you give me that info I will take it seriously and re-consider their listing.

Thanks,
KK
