This player earns large sums almost daily.
This causes my commissions to go negative and deprives other players of their commissions.

One of the players under my account (ID: 608101679) is generating massive suspicious winnings with zero deposits, which has resulted in a huge negative balance on my account (over -$2000). I have contacted support multiple times with evidence but received no response."

This specific player has been winning almost daily, and just yesterday, he generated a loss of $929 for me with absolutely zero deposits. I am starting to suspect that the company might be behind this activity to prevent me from withdrawing my earned commissions.
What makes it worse is the complete lack of support; they are ignoring my messages, and I don't even have a dedicated manager to speak to. Because of this, I have officially stopped all my advertising campaigns and halted communication with new potential clients.
Currently, it feels like I am working for free, as every bit of profit I generate from other sources is immediately swallowed by this single player's suspicious 'winnings.' I will not resume my traffic until I receive a transparent explanation and a fair resolution."
