MGS ownership is too smart to let rumours fly around ;)

Doves among white pigeons, regardless they're still birds & these ones flock closely together.
Add in the controlling interest of MGS, when we've all been led to believe since day one there are no ties and yes it does lead for interesting developments!

My new AM is Ajay, i sent him an email a few weeks ago, he is still looking for the reply button i think or he left already :rolleyes:

I've email the generic support about 17 hours ago. Lets see if I get a reply.
If not then I think AGD needs to step in here because the program is certified and this isn't how a certified program should be acting... just sayin!

Brightshare stopped working altogether. There are currently countless complaints about them not answering emails and locking out affiliates.

I only post here at AGD so I don't visit other aff forums.
However if others are having similar issues, then I can only guess where this is going and where it will end up...

Is it really a coincidence the NEW Brightshare backend is using the one powering FA?
Also, I had a 30% life time commission, that's been reduced to 25%. And yes I've sent new players.

Now that BS is being run from RSA, guess time will tell...

Can you point me to some cases about the locking out of affiliates?

Many affiliates did not receive their log in details for the new affiliate system and all requests concerning this issue remain unanswered. There have also been complaints about this at gpwa (xxx.gpwa.org/forum/please-help-223441.html, xxx.gpwa.org/forum/payment-223475/p2.html).

Just received an email from Leigh (my Brightshare AM).

Seems they were having login issues to their email client, least that's how I read it. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt this time. Though it's strange that less than 24 hours after Brightshare are thrown in the Rogue Doghouse...well you get the idea ;)

Hopefully then other AGD members will receive an email from their new Brightshare AM in the next few days.

Just received an email from Leigh (my Brightshare AM).

It's now 6pm Friday in South Africa and still no reply back from Leigh - 3 days and no response.
Anyone else been contracted and waiting for a reply?

2 things...

#1 - Leigh (several days back on Tuesday) said she was going to get an AGD account and respond, but that never happened

#2 - Their 'new platform' newsletters/emails sure are coming in.. someone is sending those out! Maybe they are too busy to acknowledge us pesky affiliates while they are rolling out their great new website.

#3 - Something crazy is going on there that they would be too busy rolling out a platform for affiliates while ignoring the same affiliates. (makes no sense at all)

Someone is monitoring this page because not long after I posted, I got a reply to the email sent Tuesday.

I'm not angry...I am however extremely disapointed - I've been loyal to BS for over 12 years.

I commenced this thread on June 27'th 2015. It's now 14'th August 2015 and you haven't even shown the courtesy to reply here, once. Clearly Brightshare aff-program is now residing under the Fortune Affiliates umbrella. That was obvious since the two programs are using an identical backend/affiliate area. It's further galvanised with the above email headers.

It reminds me of when Brightshare tried to hide the fact is was running the ASUSA aff program et al. That went well, not. You were busted.

All this cloak and dagger mentality...there's no need for it.
Call me naive but as a Brightshare partner I expect a certain level of respect, more to the point, good-ol-fashioned honesty!

If you can't or wont come to the table on this with open palms, then for example....
How can we trust your not shaving or cross marketing with straight links...???

EDIT:
Oh and you've reneged on my 30% and kicked me back to 25%. Something else you didn't disclose...

The lights are out at Brightshare. I do not think much needs to be added to the first sentence in their August newsletter... No?

I'm not sure what is going on. I have had several emails from Leigh who wanted to get involved here and be notified of new posts. However, there have been no responses to any questions and she signed up August 17th.

Personally, I would not promote any of their casinos with this type of lack of response. It just doesn't make sense as an affiliate to trust in a company that seems to be folding in on themselves.

Come to LAC in 3 weeks time & ask them yourself! :p

Been working with them (well... promoting their brands) since I launched my first website in 2006.
I haven't got anything bad to say about them, to be fair.
And at least they've kept their bonus wagering at a sensible level - which is more than can be said for most other MGs!
