I am still waiting for the new login details for one of my accounts. I sent an email on the 2nd, which was ignored, so I sent another one just now. I'm not impressed by the non-responsiveness.

Is Marcia still there?

And does anyone from BS get email notifications when posts are made in their forum here?

I have changed the email notification from Marcia to support. I would *assume* that they want to know what is going on with their affiliates considering they just changed the whole backend system. I would expect someone to respond.

Reiterating sent an email a couple of weeks ago, it didn't bounce BUT I didn't receive a reply either.

Usually Marcia is very responsive.

Halfway through the month and new players numbers have plummeted since the system change after some very consistent months.

This does not bode well.

I have two (2) accounts... logged into both to check stats. Later logged back into one (1) of them (forgot to check something) and ALL I saw were zero's.

A few hours earlier these were populated with numbers.

Logged out and logged back in... Everything had been restored to previous data. When this sort of funky stuff happens I get very nervous.

Edit:
Thinking about that now and the fact this new BS system is identical to the one FA is using, there was data going missing on that in the beginning too.

Also given what happened to Red Returns; granted BS has a fresh theme/layout, could BS be heading to the same demise as RR? That is... Eventually being absorbed into FA... food for thought

Oh and one last observation with regard to Marcia...It just seems out of character for her NOT to let her affiliates know about her position change & or not introduce the new AM. Even if it was a bulk email, it's strange we didn't get notified.

Call me sentimental but I find it odd (verging on bizzare), that I received no notification - Marcia has been my AM for 12+ years.

Keep in mind Shelley's Fate. Just like Marica, Shelley worked tirelessly for BS over the years. Yet was given her marching orders in a blink of an eye. No word to anyone it would seem. Instead just shuffled out the backdoor like the garbage.

So has Marcia really been shifted to the SEO Dept., or is this a ruse!?

I was planning to give their casinos another try this year but Brightshare stopped answering emails and I am unable to access my account anymore. Probably it was a good thing that this was happening now before any work has been done.

Nevertheless, I am sad to see them go with all the Nostalgia behind their casinos. Unfortunately they do not seem to get their things together anymore after all these years.

I agree. It's very sad to see all the hard work Lloyd did in bringing BS to the forefront of great affiliate programs go down the drain Marcia helped carry on that legacy, but now it is simply vanishing. It's really sad.

There is a lot of consolidation within Microgaming - basically now there two main groups - one operating out of RSA and the other the UK with relationships between them and I believe preparation for interesting developments. But MGS ownership is too smart to let rumours fly around
