you've been paid $2500 on the $10k 5 months earlier, now you owe the program $2500+ 25% of cb fees since the player charged it back and casino net rev has been reduced by $10k+cb fees.

perhaps I'm wrong but I gather folks want the program to deduct the $2500 from the casino net rev side of the equation but that figure is not casino net rev, its affiliate rs, the $10k figure is casino net rev and the formula is (casino net rev) * affiliate rs %

Just an example but the amount is +- that amount. Dates are not.

2500 I was paid on the deposits that the player made and lost.
10,000 is what I PAID back ( all the deposits made + cb fees)

Make the math but that is not the way it should be.

What I see as fair is to pay back the 2500 + reasonable CB fees. I am sure others would agree.

Because that is what I paid back. I paid back 100 % of the accumulated deposits of the player that charged back and the CB fees.

Sorry if I'm slow on the uptake :)

Are you saying:

  1. PlayerA - Makes multiple deposits over the life of his account.
  2. PlayerA - Then charges-back all these deposits.
  3. Brightshare - Deducts the entire 100% of the chargedback deposits + the CB fees ($10,000) from your aff account.

If your on 25% rev-share, no more than $2,500 should have deducted from your aff account. If you've been hit for the entire $10K, you've been scammed... just sayin!

Exactly what happened, and I was scammed or maybe at that time that is how it was calculated so theoretically maybe not scammed but something else..

I think they no longer reduce 100 % of deposits if I understood the earlier post made in this thread by another user. Either way, does not change the way I got affected. I still promote them but conversions have been much lower than in the past. + little exposure now. Once I start working on the sites, they go down for sure..

They shouldn't have been deducting 100% in first place, regardless of the timeline.

If you got whacked for 100% then Brightshare MUST repay you $7,500, no if's not buts.
