To update my current situation:
I messaged my manager on Sunday, and she answered right away. I acknowledge that I might have been a bit rash, and should have waited a bit longer before asking for help.
She was really kind, took the time to answer during her weekend, which i am grateful to her, and we will fix any issues tomorrow.
A special thanks to my manager, for helping and being transparent throughout everything.

They’ve informed me that they have reviewed your case thoroughly and shared the following statement:

"Dear Mateeeoxd, thank you for sharing your feedback. I’ve carefully reviewed your case and discussed it with our team. I completely understand your frustration. However, the terms you mentioned — minimum deposit, turnover, hold period, and additional requirements — were part of an individual CPA agreement. The manager you worked with provided these conditions before the cooperation began, and, as far as we know, you agreed to them.
Regarding the payout, the amount you received was calculated strictly according to the terms of that agreement.
We understand that some conditions may seem unexpected, especially in cases of unusual player behavior. However, these rules are clarified in individual deals, and in your case, they were also communicated.
If you still have concerns or questions, I’m here to help. My goal is not to give templated responses but to ensure transparent and fair communication. Feel free to reach out to me here."

Additionally, they noted that payouts were made for all players who met the agreed criteria, and that they are open to reviewing any concrete evidence if you believe the terms were violated.
As always, I want to remind all parties that AGD is a platform for affiliates to share their experiences and for programs to respond, but we do not act as an arbitrator in cases involving specific deal types such as CPA, hybrid... We cannot determine who is “right” in a contractual disagreement, especially when the terms are customized and privately agreed upon.
Our goal is to ensure transparency and give both sides the opportunity to present their view, which has been done here.

Poinformowali mnie, że dokładnie przeanalizowali Twoją sprawę i przekazali następujące oświadczenie:



Zaznaczyli ponadto, że wypłaty zostały dokonane wszystkim graczom, którzy spełnili ustalone kryteria, oraz że są otwarci na zapoznanie się z wszelkimi konkretnymi dowodami, jeśli uznają, że warunki zostały naruszone.
Jak zawsze, chciałbym przypomnieć wszystkim stronom, że AGD jest platformą, na której partnerzy mogą dzielić się swoimi doświadczeniami, a programy mogą odpowiadać, ale nie pełnimy roli arbitra w przypadkach dotyczących konkretnych typów umów, takich jak CPA, hybrydowe... Nie możemy decydować, kto ma „rację” w sporze umownym, zwłaszcza gdy warunki są dostosowane i uzgodnione prywatnie.
Naszym celem jest zapewnienie przejrzystości i umożliwienie obu stronom przedstawienia swojego stanowiska, co w tym przypadku zostało uczynione.

Wskaźnik KPI nie wspominał nic o tym, że gracze muszą grać dłużej niż 3 dni, bo inaczej nie otrzymają zapłaty. Mam na to dowód.
