Subject: BetAndYou Affiliate Program – Unpaid Commission and Account Closure


Hello,


I would like to submit a complaint regarding my experience with the BetAndYou affiliate program.


I worked as an affiliate promoting the platform using my assigned promo code and successfully referred players to the casino. One of the referred players deposited approximately $5000 and generated significant revenue for the company, which was clearly visible in my affiliate statistics.


Based on the affiliate commission structure, a commission was generated in my account. However, when the payment time came, the company repeatedly delayed the withdrawal with different explanations.


First, I was told the commission would be available the following week.
Later, I was told the payment would be processed at the beginning of the next month after the monthly calculation.


After waiting for a long time, the company suddenly claimed that the player responsible for most of the revenue was "fraudulent" and therefore refused to pay the commission. No evidence, fraud report, or detailed explanation was provided.


Shortly after this issue, my affiliate account was also closed and I can no longer access the platform.


This situation raises serious concerns because:

• The revenue was clearly visible in my affiliate dashboard.
• The company delayed the payment multiple times with different explanations.
• The fraud claim was made only after the payment was expected.
• My account was closed without proper clarification.

I am requesting a proper investigation into this matter and a fair resolution.


I can provide screenshots showing the deposits, player activity, and commission statistics from my affiliate account.

After conducting a detailed internal investigation together with our risk and payments teams, we would like to clarify the situation.

The player in question (Player ID: 1553227359) was flagged by our anti-fraud system due to abnormal deposit behavior and a significant mismatch between real deposits and credited amounts.

According to our internal data:

The player made deposits totaling approximately 4,971 USD
However, due to a technical anomaly, significantly higher amounts were credited to the account
This resulted in artificially inflated activity and revenue generation

Additionally:

The player demonstrated systematic behavior aimed at exploiting this discrepancy
The generated revenue was therefore not the result of genuine gameplay, but of abuse of a system vulnerability

Based on our Terms & Conditions, commissions generated from:

- fraudulent activity
- technical abuse
or artificially inflated balances are not eligible for payout.

This policy is applied consistently across all partners and is in place to protect both the platform and fair affiliates.

We would also like to address the concern regarding communication:

At the time of the initial review, the case required additional verification from our risk team, which caused delays in providing a final conclusion. We acknowledge that communication could have been clearer during this process, and we appreciate your patience.

Which terms did the affiliate breach to have their account closed? Is a single player abusing a vulnerability in your system grounds for termination? Is that the message you want to convey to potential partners?
