Sometimes casinos on grey market are much better as some casinos with regulated licences like Malta, Spel or UK.

We made also good experiences. And Curacao licensed casinos are not more bad as others.

But i believe that casinos on grey market where don't request a valid licence in the country where they operate will get great problems and will be block from all payment providers in the future.

Then you will have not a big chance to use as alternative. Because in terms of payment, they are already limited.

Not everyone wants to use crypto as payment option.

The goverments or politicans of each country will force it.

Affiliation, regulations or limitations for customers will be going more and more bad.

The prospects are dire and only the big ones will survive. In the near future there will be no more affiliates because this business will change.

I hate what goverments and politcans are doing in this business and trying to interfere everywhere.

But we can do nothing, the small ones under us will loose and be away. :(

I was informed by a program I've worked with for well over a decade, that their now charging a consumption tax.

Me too, but I did not even get informed by these new fees. Saw this new "Gaming Taxes and Fees" into my account a couple of moths ago and asked my AM about.

In my case it seems that these fees are being applied only to old players coming from a certain country that is now regulated.

We never worked with 32Red or Kindred even though they were good and recommendable at the time.

But it is frightening how once good companies develop into bad companies through takeovers and no longer can be recommended.

32Red / Kindred is already rogue here, and they reaffirmed their rogue status today.

They closed my account and stole all of the players I sent to 32Red and Roxy Palace over the last decade.

Here's the email I received:

If you still promote these thieves, good luck to you.

I cross-posted this at CM, since 32Red is listed as the #1 Accredited casino there. I will be pleasantly surprised if he does anything about it, though. He did nothing about this last year when Kindred/32Red first began screwing their affiliates, and he recently gave rogue Videoslots a "best casino" award. We live in Bizarro World these days.

CM thread: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/32red-kindred-stole-my-remaining-players-today.86456/

They are still at this as I had my 2 accounts closed going back years due to this, and even worse despite no NDC's, I did have 2 FTD's in that time and 1 other sign up and despite saying that I got no reply from Ryan. Had no choice but to blacklist them and divert all links https://free-bets.uk.com/unibet.php, won't be removing the reviews either, done the same for 32red. It'll be interesting if I do start getting good traction in the SERPS again and they want a piece of my pie again...

once good companies develop into bad companies through takeovers and no longer can be recommended.

32Red Plc turned the dodgy-corner, well before, selling out to Kindred. They shafted many loyal players by removing their weekend/public holiday payments. EG - Easter, if you did not get your withdrawal in by 3pm Thursday, the payments Dept., would not commence payment till Tuesday, five (5) days later.

Not happy with that BS, they further increased the withdrawal time line, and added a 24 hour pending. Using Easter again, if you did not submit a withdrawal by 3pm Wednesday, you would not be paid till Tuesday, six (6) days later.

Probably 50% of pending withdrawals, waiting to be paid, were being played back to the casino coffers.

Edit:
We've all heard the opinionated pseudo experts (aka glorified affiliates) say the "players" need to show better self control. Well... That's just Bullshit.

One thing most casinos etc., forget. Once a player wins, those winnings, are the players money. And they (casinos etc) need to pay those winning quickly. Holding players winnings to ransom is criminal. Certainly not how a decent, above-board casino should behave. It is however, how, clip-joints behave!

I had a player sign up to unibet casino on 30th using my affiliate link - and play €20 .
it didn't track / show in reports (.....) - i even have their user ID...

and now kindred seem to have closed or suspended my affiliate account [again..], without even the courtesy of an email or discussion. Interesting way to run a "partnership".

beware, and check these guys are tracking / tagging your players properly.. I think you might be surprised ...

Kindred, is this true? Do you "fail" to tag players to affiliate accounts?

One small thing we can do is keep calling these people out. Like on these forums. What we also need to do is email IGB and tell them that we're not attending their conferences any more because they contain so many rogue operators that it is not worth the time, effort and cost in attending these conferences.

If we start to hit multiple parts of this industry that rely on affiliates then eventually things might change. A bit like when conferences had all the dodgy finance affiliate programs that literally harassed you as you walked around. It was affiliate pressure that caused IGB to stop these people coming.

Contact IGB now and list all the rogue programs that have screwed you this year and tell them you're not coming because of this -
igbevents@clariongaming.com
alex.hamilton-tomlinson@clariongaming.com

They're happy to take Kindred's money for a big stand. Seems that they're quite blind when it comes to the customers that make these events happen - affiliate attendees.

Fewer people attend, the less they can sell stands for.

Other thing we're going to do, and it's what all the big affiliates do, is when you sign up with programs then pull out your own terms and get the operator to agree to them. Specify where mediation and legal action will be taken i.e. your country, and specify what the payback will be if a program follows through with its own terms and cancels your account

I know for sure that some of the big affiliates have get out clauses of 100 euros+ per player that is payable to them if a program decides to end their relationship

Affiliate programs are SO desperate to get you on board up front, some may agree to your own terms. They might think they'll never be used, but if you do get screwed then raise a small claim against that company and reclaim the money.

I'll take "define overtly predatory, for 10"
"The Company may change all or any part of this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. "

They call themselves "Kindred" to sound all nice and caring and ethical, whilst robbing your wallet out of your back pocket while you're not looking

The amount of conferences I've been to where you see senior execs spout the utter BS that this company is kind, caring and ethical.
