This will be no big surprise to most people - but thought I would report it as a warning to all...

So in September Kindred closed my affiliate accounts due to not meeting the new player quotas that they added to their terms without my agreement, despite more than 10 years of promotion, and despite my players depositing literally €1,000's EVERY MONTH.
Well join the gang: same story as Ladbrokes, Sky Vegas, Bet Victor and many others :(

Even though they had also previously slashed my commission to 10%, they were still one of my very best earners because of my high-value players.

Anyway - when they closed my account they said they would pay the outstanding commission of around €1,000 by the end of October...
Obviously, they have not paid and they have ignored every attempt I have made to contact them. No surprise again - they have been ignoring me for nearly 2 years.
Are we allowed to use profanities on the forum?

The full story - as if anyone cares!
To cut a very long story to something fairly short, this is the summary that I e-mailed to them in September when they first threatened to close my affiliate accounts due to not meeting New Player quotas:
"I would like you to take the following into consideration please:
  • I am a small sole independent affiliate with limited traffic, which has reduced in recent years due to excessive competition. As such it is impossible for me to agree to any kind of new player quotas, and so I have never signed-up any organisation which has that.
  • Although I don’t bring in big numbers of players, I do tend to attract long-term and big spending players.
  • I brought in 1000’s of registered players to 32Red since I started promoting them in 2007.
  • I signed-up to 32Red on a 40% flat, lifetime, no quotas deal. (Kindred cut it to 10% in March 2019)
  • I brought in 100’s of registered players to Unibet since I started promoting them in 2009.
  • I signed-up to Unibet on a 30% lifetime, no quotas deal. (Though Kindred cut it to 10% in October 2019)
  • Even after being cut to 10% I continued to promote both brands on my websites.
  • I still have active players at both brands - not many, I know – but you may have never had those players if they hadn’t clicked through my links."
Kindred, you are a CLASS ACT

same story, first made my deal to 10% and then closed it in october/november. I remember having "good days" with them back in 2005, making thousends and thousends of euros every month from a handfull players. Continued to earn from them untill 2018 and then most players stopt playing with them and i did not bring in one single new player since then.

@KasinoKing - Closing your account and that of other loyal affiliates, who, have basically promoted 32Red from day one (2002), is just plain criminal. Unfortunately, we're all just blips on a screen, to the suits, who call the shots.

Makes no difference now, but remember when Pat (operations director) Ed (CEO) of 32Red Plc, would practically fall over themselves to make sure players were paid fast?

Who'd have thought these same guys, years later, would introduce hobbled withdrawal protocols... At that point, almost undetectable changes started to happen with their affiliate program too.

Lets not forget the 32Red/GoWild deal for UK tagged players. Both programs literally shafted their affiliates side-ways. Mark was the sock puppet in the aforementioned scam. Still works for Kindred...

A fine example of how someone's moral and ethical compass can go bad. Maybe he was just dodgy from the start, and now his true colours shine!

Anyway, the industry is over-saturated.

My advice, stick with the unregulated markets. Avoid the SUITS ;)
