We are not. we are always behind. for 6 months getting promises that they will catch up but it doesn't happen. Now the same.

Feels that Cindy as affiliate program manager tries to help but the company/finance are not on the same page.

I agree, Cindy is trying her best to help, but I think she can only do so much.

Cindy sent message July 14 that payments should be made that day but as of July 16 we are owed May and June. I will update this post when we receive it.

Once again we find ourselves in the position of being months behind receiving payment from Xmark. It is literally EVERY TIME a payment is due, there is ALWAYS a long delay. And total silence from the affiliate program.

Cindy actually e-mailed me at the start of July asking for my payment details. That got me hopeful. Since then? Nothing. I've e-mailed Cindy three times. Ignored on every occasion.

Frustrating much but even though Cindy is responding it is practically out of her hands. If the funds are not released for payment and or partial payments one can only assume, no funds or owners controlling the release of said funds. If it is the latter and I've worked for a company as such good luck things will never change.

In 2 days it will be 3 months we are owed. I was told Cindy has a personal Emergency but she is Head of Affiliates not a payment officer.

Latest here is still owed for March, May and June. There seems to be someone new there "Nadia" that responds to my emails (sometimes) but only says things like:

"We currently don't have an update from Payments, but they should send an email regarding the payment as soon as they resolve this."

This is of no use. As affiliates running a business and sending traffic their way, it is only right that we are treated with some respect when it comes to getting paid what we are owed. If payments are delayed, then fine. But we still need to know when it will come.

As a smaller affiliate compared to the big fish that monopolize the industry, every penny counts. We have families and responsibilities. There is simply no respect.

Still doesn't excuse the poor communication, constant ignoring of emails, and delays in payments.

I received an e-mail today from Cindy that she is OOO and asked me to e-mail Nadia instead. I pointed out that she could have e-mailed Nadia to sort this out.

Thank you for showing up here Nadia ,I have sent a couple emails , mainly why my May Commission was not paid but you have Paid June.

One thing is the very late and incorrect payments (I'm 4 months behind myself) but no one talks about the massive untracked spam cross-promotion that goes on.

A few days after players has created an account they are super spammed with very generous no deposit bonuses from all their other brands (no ref code is traced to the original affiliate).

Am I the only one who finds this cross-promotion spam unethical from an affiliate's point of view?

We would like to share our experience with xMark Affiliates and hear if other affiliates are facing similar issues.

Our company is currently owed tens of thousands of euros in unpaid commissions. Despite multiple attempts to contact their team through email and other communication channels, we have received little to no response regarding the outstanding payments.

What is particularly concerning is that xMark Affiliates appears to continue operating normally, recruiting new partners and promoting their affiliate program, while long-overdue payments remain unresolved.

At this stage, we strongly advise affiliates to exercise caution before sending additional traffic to their brands until payment issues are addressed and communication improves.

If anyone else is experiencing similar problems with xMark Affiliates, please share your experience below.

Transparency within the affiliate industry is important, and affiliates deserve to know who they are doing business with.
