Weird Mainstreet stats, anyone?

For the last couple of months, my Mainstreet stats have been strange. The month starts with huge earnings, into thousands or more. The revenue then dropped gradually day by day until it's almost gone.

So far, my enquiries with Mainstreet have generated slow, non-existant or unsuitable replies. Anyone else having issues?

My RS earnings with MS have been removed from the stats, never got paid out even though I have screenshots proving the earnings, I contacted my AM and they told me no earnings in my account lol, that's my experience with MS.

I have noticed similar patterns in some months - including this one.
The program is very streaky in it's results.

Start of month was 12 profitable days from 13 and building up to a 4K profit ...
Then 9 losing days in a row for a 5K loss.
The last 3 days have seen 2K profit.

I haven't bothered enquiring as they are only a small fish in our promotions ...
and I know that they lost their main AM (Pete?) a while back with no replacement named.

Definitely something screwed up with MS's stats. Apparently some $13k of revenue in my stats this month just didn't happen. I'm going to screenshot what I can and pass it to MS.

While I've have an account with them for ages, I've only recently added Sun Palace to a site, which also markets to USA players. While it's not a large traffic site it has sent traffic. I was starting to wonder my stats seemed odd. I know I'm sending traffic cause I monitor clicks my side. Seems when Pete left everything has gone downhill. I've not had any contact from my new AM - I don't even know if I've been assigned a "new" AM. I've sent a couple of emails asking for support. To date I've not received any reply to these.

I've been paid in the past - they are currently well overdue for the April / May payments - but I am hopeful that will be sorted out this week.

I only had one time a couple months back that a payment was delayed but knew it would be.

I have been paid about 43 times by Mainstreet - the VAST majority on the 1st or 2nd of the month.
The only time it wasn't in the first week, was for March this year, which was paid April 21st (after I chased them up).
May's commission was paid on June-2nd.

I haven't noticed any "odd stats" at any time with them.

I've also never had a problem getting paid by Mainstreet. My issue is with tens of thousands of dollars discrepancies in my stats.

No - all my payments from them have been direct to Neteller.

Email was responded to yesterday morning and April/May payments received by bankwire today.
I feel like these guys are on the level - but overloaded with work and slow to respond to tasks outside the box.

Good to see that wires can be paid within a day when it's actioned properly.
Not so good that it took multiple follow-ups and 28 days to do so.

Their stats ARE very streaky - runs of winners and losers - and it's not something that we see much of at other places.
Perhaps that's due to our small player base there - as they are a new program for us.

David, thanks for posting. However, I believe the stats are messed up before May 25. My Sun Palace stats look all over the place going back to at least the beginning of May.
