WARNING TO AFFILIATES AND STREAMERS: My Experience With SpinBetter

I am making my experience with SpinBetter public so that other affiliates and streamers can carefully evaluate whether this brand can be trusted.

The entire situation is documented through Telegram messages, screenshots, and a complete screen recording of the conversations.

On July 1, 2026, SpinBetter contacted me and proposed a collaboration targeting the Italian market:

• 3 trial livestreams;
• €200 fixed payment per livestream;
• payment after each livestream;
• €600 total compensation.

I accepted the offer, and SpinBetter provided me with an affiliate link, promotional code, and advertising materials. The deal had therefore been proposed by them, accepted, and confirmed.

However, during the following days, the start of the collaboration was repeatedly postponed. After the fixed deal had already been agreed, SpinBetter began proposing completely different models, including CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid.

I repeatedly explained that I had never accepted these terms and that our original agreement was for a fixed payment of €600.

During this situation, several new managers were introduced to me, but none of them ever contacted me privately or actually participated in the group conversation. The only person who continued communicating was @Alina_S_SpinBetter.

The group also included SpinBetter’s Affiliate Team Lead, @marcinspinbetter, who was able to see the entire conversation, the repeated delays, and the attempts to change the agreement. Despite this, he never intervened with a single message.

On July 30, a third manager, @max_spinbetter, was introduced. His only contribution was:

“We are not interested, thank you.”

This response was particularly unacceptable considering that I was not the one who approached SpinBetter. They contacted me, proposed the collaboration, and confirmed the agreement themselves.

My SpinBetter account was subsequently blocked without any clear explanation.

To be completely clear, I am not claiming that SpinBetter failed to pay me for completed livestreams, because they never allowed the collaboration to begin.

I am reporting what I consider extremely unprofessional conduct:

• SpinBetter contacted me and proposed a €600 agreement;
• the agreement was accepted and confirmed;
• promotional materials were provided;
• the collaboration was repeatedly postponed;
• they repeatedly attempted to change the agreed terms;
• new managers were introduced but never actually handled the situation;
• the Affiliate Team Lead remained completely silent;
• the collaboration was suddenly closed with “We are not interested”;
• my account was then blocked without a clear explanation.

SpinBetter first approached me, proposed the collaboration, and finalized the agreement, only to later behave as though that agreement had never existed.

For this reason, I strongly advise affiliates and streamers to exercise extreme caution before working with SpinBetter and not to consider agreements or confirmations received through Telegram reliable without stronger contractual protection.

We have carefully reviewed the case internally and would like to clarify the sequence of events from our side.


At the time of communication, a potential collaboration for the Italian market was discussed via Telegram with representatives of our affiliate team. A Fixed Fee model (3 streams × €200) was part of initial discussions; however, this was a preliminary commercial proposal and not a finalized binding agreement.


Due to a delay in the planned start of the campaign and a subsequent internal update of our marketing strategy, the initially discussed terms were revisited. As a result, alternative cooperation models (CPA / Revenue Share / Hybrid) were proposed for further consideration.


Since the revised terms were not mutually agreed upon, the collaboration did not proceed and no promotional activity or livestream execution took place.


We would also like to clarify that, as no services were ultimately delivered under the discussed arrangement, no financial obligations were triggered.


The decision to close the communication channel was made in line with our internal evaluation of current partnership priorities.
