This is a formal complaint and a warning to other affiliates about how Deckmedia is currently treating my account. Based on what I’m seeing in my stats and emails, it feels like I’m being scammed out of confirmed commission by an invented “refund” and a player who has only threatened a chargeback, not actually done one.

All evidence screenshots mentioned below are attached and labelled 01–10 so anyone can verify what I’m saying.

1. My October 2025 earnings were confirmed as payable

On 2 November 2025, I emailed Deckmedia asking if my October 2025 commission could be paid early because I was in financial hardship. They replied that there was a bug in their invoicing system, so payments couldn’t be processed until invoices were generated.

On 4 November 2025, that issue was apparently fixed. In my Balance Transactions, a clear line appeared:

RevenueShareEarnings – SlotoCash – Confirmed monthly earnings for 2025-10 – 4,483.17
At the same time, my Payable Balance showed 4,483.17. So as of 4 November, Deckmedia had confirmed my October earnings as due and payable.
  • See Screenshot 07 – Deckmedia_BalanceTransactions_Confirmed_Earnings_October.png
  • See Screenshot 06 – Deckmedia_October_DailyRevShare_4483.png (Daily Rev Share report with October total 4,483.17)
At this point, there was no mention of any problem player, chargeback, or chargeback threat. Everything indicated I was owed 4,483.17 for October.

2. Their 9 November AGD reply: they say nothing about chargebacks or threats

When I didn’t see any sign of payment, I posted about the delay on AffiliateGuardDog around 8–9 November 2025.

On 9 November, the Deckmedia rep replied publicly. In that reply they:
  • Said the invoices had now been generated,
  • Stated that their official payment date is the 15th of every month, and
  • Tried to portray my posts as harassment / blackmail for pressing them about payment.
What they did not say anywhere in that 9 November reply:
  • No mention of a chargeback,
  • No mention of a player threatening chargebacks,
  • No suggestion that my earnings were at risk because of any disputed deposits.
If their real concern had genuinely been a problem player or a chargeback situation, that would have been the obvious time to say so. Instead, they only talked about the 15th being their pay date and attacked me for complaining.

3. October payout line disappears – replaced with “Nov 2025 – Pending”

Later, when I checked the Payouts page in my affiliate account, something else didn’t look right:
  • The row that should clearly show October 2025 as a payout had disappeared.
  • Instead, there’s a row labelled “Nov 2025” with an amount that lines up with my October earnings (after currency conversion), but the status is Pending and nothing has been paid.
So instead of:

Oct 2025 – Paid – 4,483.17
I see something like:

Nov 2025 – Pending – 3,808.73 (amount equivalent to October earnings)
No payment. No explanation for why October isn’t listed as its own month anymore.

  • See Screenshot 04 – Deckmedia_Payouts_List_Missing_October.png
  • See Screenshot 09 – Deckmedia_Payouts_October_As_November_Pending.png
Still, they haven’t said a word to me about any chargebacks or threats at this point.

4. 14 November: a sudden 9,546.05 “refund” appears in November, with no deposits

When I looked at my November 2025 Daily Rev Share stats:
  • There are no deposits in November from my players, only some clicks.
  • Yet, on 14 November 2025, a single entry suddenly appears:
    • Refund: 9,546.05
    • NET: –9,546.05
    • Earnings: around –2.8k (roughly 30% of 9,546.05)
This one late entry instantly turns November into a massive negative month, even though no deposits were made in November. There’s no breakdown, no explanation in the reports, just one giant “refund”.

This 9,546.05 “refund” was never mentioned in their 9 November AGD reply. It only shows up in my stats days later, after I’d already complained about not being paid.

  • See Screenshot 05 – Deckmedia_November_DailyRevShare_Refund_9546.png
  • See Screenshot 08 – Deckmedia_November_DailyRevShare_Full.png
I then contacted Deckmedia and specifically demanded to know what this 9,546.05 transaction on 14 November was supposed to be.

5. 15 November: only after I question the refund do they mention a threat of chargebacks

Only after I asked what the 9,546.05 refund was, Deckmedia finally sent me an email on 15 November 2025.

In that email, for the first time, they say:

  • I have one active player in my account,
  • This player has made no deposits in November,
  • The player is threatening the casino with chargebacks for previous months’ deposits, and
  • Because of this, they are unable to release any affiliate earnings at this time, and they refer to “earnings that were made on deposits from potential future chargebacks”.
Their own wording is very important:

They talk about a player “threatening the casino with chargebacks” and they refer to “potential future chargebacks”.
They do not say that any actual chargeback has been processed. In fact, the way it’s written makes it very clear that the chargebacks have not yet happened – they are only threatened.

On top of that:

This specific player has been playing at SlotoCash for around 12 years and has never had a chargeback in all that time.
So at the exact moment there is a dispute over my unpaid commission, a long-term player with a clean 12-year history allegedly starts “threatening” chargebacks on historic deposits – and that suddenly becomes the reason to freeze my earnings.

  • See Screenshot 10 – Deckmedia_Email_15Nov2025_Potential_Chargebacks.png
So the sequence is:
  1. 9 Nov: Deckmedia’s AGD reply – no mention of any player, threat, or chargeback.
  2. 14 Nov: A 9,546.05 “refund” appears in my stats, making November massively negative despite no deposits that month.
  3. After I ask what that refund is,
  4. 15 Nov: Deckmedia emails me saying a player is threatening chargebacks and they’re now withholding all my earnings because of “potential future chargebacks” that haven’t happened.
It looks very much like the explanation was created after the fact to justify a huge negative adjustment that was already inserted.

6. Why this doesn’t match their terms (threat ≠ actual chargeback)

Deckmedia’s affiliate terms talk about:
  • Deducting actual chargebacks/refunds from commission,
  • Making such adjustments during a 12-business-day processing period, and
  • Paying affiliates no later than the 15th of each month.
That’s normal when there are real documented chargebacks.

But in my case:
  • There is no confirmed chargeback. The player has only threatened to charge back, per their own email.
  • Their terms do not say they can withhold already confirmed, invoiced commission based on a threat of a chargeback that hasn’t actually occurred.
  • October earnings (4,483.17) were confirmed and invoiced on 4 November and were supposed to be paid by 15 November. That date came and went, and I received no payment.
  • They promote a “no negative carryover” policy, yet they’ve turned November into a huge negative month using a single unexplained 9,546.05 refund, despite no new November deposits, and are using that negative as the basis to freeze October’s money.
In plain English:

There has been no chargeback yet. A long-term 12-year player has only threatened to file one. Even so, Deckmedia has inserted a 9,546.05 “refund” into my stats and is using that, plus a threat, as the reason to withhold the entire confirmed October commission. That’s not what their terms describe, and it doesn’t feel honest.

7. Why I believe this is unsafe and a warning to other affiliates

I fully accept that if a real, documented chargeback happens, commission on those specific deposits should be reversed. That’s part of working in this industry.

But what Deckmedia is doing to me is something else:
  • On 9 November, they made no mention of any player or chargeback threat when defending themselves publicly.
  • After I complain about not being paid, a huge 9,546.05 “refund” suddenly appears in my stats on 14 November.
  • Only once I question that refund do they send a 15 November email, suddenly talking about a player “threatening” chargebacks and “potential future chargebacks” – clearly stating the chargeback has not happened yet, and this is just a threat.
  • That same threat is now being used to justify withholding all of my confirmed earnings, including October’s 4,483.17 that was already invoiced and marked as payable.
  • This is happening with a player who has had no chargebacks in 12 years of playing at SlotoCash.
To me, this looks like:
  1. Stats being changed after a payment dispute,
  2. A large, unexplained “refund” being inserted,
  3. An email explanation built around a threat, not a real chargeback,
  4. My confirmed commission effectively being held hostage.
If Deckmedia can do this to me:
  • Add a big negative “refund” based on a threat from a long-term player,
  • Use it to wipe out a month where there were no new deposits,
  • Then refuse to pay commission that was already confirmed and invoiced,
they can do it to any affiliate.

This post is a formal complaint and a warning. I want this resolved immediately and I want my October 2025 commission of 4,483.17 paid. Other affiliates should look very carefully at their Deckmedia stats and think hard about whether they’re comfortable with a program that can apparently rewrite earnings and withhold confirmed payments based on nothing more than a threat.

Edited and rewritten to sound easy to understand.

I’m an affiliate of Deckmedia and I’m extremely unhappy with how they’ve handled my October 2025 commission. In my opinion, what’s happening looks very suspicious and completely out of line with their own terms.

On 2 November 2025 I asked if my October commission could be paid early due to financial hardship. They told me their invoicing system was broken. By 4 November, that was “fixed” and my account clearly showed confirmed monthly earnings for October of 4,483.17 as payable. No issues were mentioned at that time – no bad traffic, no chargebacks, nothing.

After I chased them and posted on an industry forum on 8–9 November, their rep replied and said they pay on the 15th and tried to paint me as harassing them. They did not mention any chargeback or chargeback threat at all in that reply. Later, I noticed the October payout had disappeared from the payouts list and was relabelled as “Nov 2025 – Pending”, with no payment made.

Then, on 14 November, something even more worrying happened: a single “refund” of 9,546.05 suddenly appeared in my November stats. There were no deposits at all in November from my player, yet this one late entry instantly made my November earnings heavily negative. This “refund” was never mentioned previously and only appeared after I’d already complained about not being paid.

When I asked Deckmedia what this huge refund was, they finally sent an email on 15 November. For the first time, they claimed there is one player “threatening the casino with chargebacks for previous deposits” and said they are now withholding all of my affiliate earnings because of “potential future chargebacks”. Their own wording makes it clear: no chargeback has actually happened yet – it’s just a threat.

To make this even more suspicious, they are talking about a player who has been playing at SlotoCash for around 12 years and has never had a chargeback in all that time. Suddenly, right when there’s a dispute over my unpaid commission, this long-term player is “threatening” chargebacks, a 9,546.05 “refund” appears in my stats, and my confirmed October commission is frozen.

Deckmedia’s terms talk about real chargebacks and refunds that actually occur, not threats. They also say affiliates are paid no later than the 15th of the month and promote “no negative carryover”. In my case, they:

  • Confirmed and invoiced my October earnings
  • Failed to pay by the 15th
  • Added a huge “refund” to a month with no deposits
  • Admitted there has only been a threatened chargeback, not a real one
  • Used that threat to withhold all of my earnings
If they can rewrite stats like this and hold onto confirmed commission based only on a threat, then in my opinion no affiliate can feel safe working with them.

I’m posting this as a warning to other affiliates (and players) and I want Deckmedia to either provide proof of a real chargeback or pay the October commission they already confirmed as owed.
