When they 1'st opened, and were trying to market the aff program at CAP (circa 2012), the T&C's stated payments were paid by the 7'th of each month. They were a small-fish back then, and yet they could pay by the 7'th.

Which goes to prove they could still pay by the 7'th, except they choose not to. Instead, they screw their partners around by delaying payments as long as humanly possible.

I got my March and April commissions last month as I confirmed in this thread. However, now I am waiting for the May commission, but I sent them a mail last week and they said I should receive it without problem this month as my account is working like normal. Nothing yet though. Has anyone received their may commission? Let me know please.

Of course Bryan will be paid in time because he has good contacts and the casino rep is there.

In our case i don't know exactly why this was happened. Was it made by human or a technical problem through their own backend ?

Before we was also paid in time and i hope in future too. Mistakes can happen but the question is was it solved because i had contact to responsibles ? Or to know one of them from the past ?

To have good contacts are always important but sometimes even the best contacts can't help if upper management have different views.

The basic attitude of a company is important and if it's transparency, fair and with understanding then there would be problems like this not happen. Most of the outstanding payment problems are made by a handful persons. Some of them are working at finance departement and means to decide about the accounts.

Does anyone know what is going on at Videoslots Affiliates? I don't get any feedback since weeks ! My requests are not even read anymore ?? I have been waiting for 2 months for information about why the numbers in the monthly breakdowns are 3/4 to 0 even though I have daily player activity and for information about why my commissions are not going into the payment process.

Either the company has financial problems or they are looking over accounts and decide not to pay because of their terms (inactivity clause or other reasons). And sometimes without informing partners about.

They don't have a look whether you promote or not. They make their decisions dependent on some conditions.

Stubbornness, ignorance, telling not the truth or hold up are just a few of the reasons if it comes to outstanding payments.

It is a ghost town.. Plain and simple they are not wanting affiliates and are taking our money as shown in the AGD audit.

I have also no more explanation. And i see our stats also going down.

From no earnings up to double-digits only.

From 30 active players only 2 depositers.

From e.g. €1000 Gross just stay approximately €420

Over €580 only fees

And it's also showing the wrong amount under Due!

It is very difficult to get reasonable answers or explanations.

We have also noticed strange activity at Videoslots.

One day towards the end of August several thousand £ went missing from the earnings page, but was still showing on the breakdown, so it wasn't down to player activity/winning.

Emails have gone back and forth with no explanation forthcoming except to say they were looking into it and that they had had similar issues with other affiliates.. every time I contact them it's the same message that 'we are looking into it' ..

That was their response to the missing stats data, for 3 or so long years. Time to face reality... The powers at VideoSlots.com are ALL spineless, lying, thieving crooks.
