Doesn't this mean that they have changed the T&C retroactively?
What do you mean changed trackers? They have not told anybody about any change of trackers, have they? This sounds very fishy to me..
I didn't know they changed trackers either
Also, this sounds like blackmail. They changed their trackers without telling anyone. They owe you 1400, and if you don't send more players right now, they won't pay you...
Insane. How are they not red marked here at AGD yet? What else do they need to do?
I take responsibility for using the wrong tracker, not sure how it happened because I used the correct one before, I must have made a mistake somehow when updating it. Anyway I have moved them up to a higher position on my site and expecting payment to be cleared. I will update when I know more.
Quick update, I still haven't recieved any payment. They said on the 12th "I will also proceed to process the payments you have pending and please let me know if you need anything else." Now they are saying that the payment will be processed together with April.... Consider their track record I am worried.
Delay after delay. I just feel they are pushing me around.
@3joker We sent them an email now. We never heard back from them after sending the first one, let's see if they will reply.
Granted, I don't promote them...
But that doesn't stop me feeling concern for others who do.
Frankly, it's been proven time and time again that VS don't give 2 ficks about their aff partners. Even the CEO (owner) Alexander makes it clear how he feels towards VS affiliates.
VS 40% commission breaks down to daylight-robbery of only 5.9% paid to affiliates. Something I think this forum and other like it, sometimes need reminding of.
Now the rep has gone MIA, while AGD members, and probably other affiliates are still owed commission payments. When is enough, enough???
Andy ended up blacklisting VS here. Within 48 hours they were trying to get themselves out of the Doghouse. Which they managed but then the games started again.
I reckon they need to be thrown back into the Doghouse, and this time kept there till they clean up their act, and stop f#cking their affiliates over!
They replied to me last week and I am still hopeful I will receive March commission together with April commission. I sent my first player around 2014 and I don't remember those terms being there.
The same here and i was also told they will made payments together at the end of the month. But in meantime anything has changed into account. Strange is that earnings from april is showing as Due.
Earnings from march is marked as approved but for april it's disapproved . I don't know what they are doing and i'm afraid that we don't get our commissions how they said. My account manager is unfortunately also not answering anymore.
Still hope that it's only a mistake made by VS but honestly i also don't believe anymore.
We must have to wait for the end of the month and then we will know more or whether we must say also goodbye but then not in a good way.

This player quota, seems to have reared its head in May 2020. Hence, I would assume, that previous to the 1/05/2020 T&C's revision, the "player quota" was not in the T&C's.

Having read affiliate comments about the emails received, it seems the "player quota" is retroactive, and worse, has been placed into the T&C's without any notification give to VS affiliate partners.
I recall KasinoKing saying a few years back, he had approached Mr Stevendahl at ICE (I believe), asking about the missing stats etc. Alexander promised (gave his word) he'd look into the matter on his return. Of course nothing eventuated from that. Why? Most likely was Alexander Stevendahl who initiated the 'scam' to begin with.
Not happy paying affiliates peanuts, taking ages to pay, they've now secretly added player quotas. If that isn't reason enough to throw them in the Doghouse, I don't know what is!
I have no more words for it, it's always the same. You are always disappointed by companies where you thought they are okay. That pisses me off and goes to the substance to deal with it. Are there no more people, companies or partners with honor in this business?
Is it only greed and the hunt for more money that determine what happens?
You have to be kidding your partners to reach the target?
Why is it so difficult to fight back?
The companies works further also without us, because we are only marionettes.
We together should finally stand up and fight against companies with bad practice. Blacklisting alone is not enough.
Got my payment, I am glad they did the right thing and that I got help from a very good affiliate manger, Ali, to solve this.
Nice to read that you got paid. And also that Ali Atam solved it but the question is why he is giving no statement here about unanswered e-mails or ignored messages with account managers ?

Glad the payment is sorted. Just a little correction as I am not the affiliate manager and I don't follow the forum on a regular basis. I just check it from time to time and I just felt I had to step in in as I saw this post.

I also have friends that have had money reversed by Revolut, im not sure if its due to Covide-19 or a new law for them
