I also have friends that have had money reversed by Revolut, im not sure if its due to Covide-19 or a new law for them

I don't know what i should believe because i was told from Revolut that they don't reject anything. But i can also imagine that it has to do with new law and i wasn't told the truth. So what's the truth ?

Some programs must count their 'lucky stars' for the optimistic affiliates, on their books.

For me it is important to give programs the possibility whether we can solve the problem or not. If they are not ready to discuss or to understand then the situation is clear and we know what to do.

Of course i can be wrong but my impression were not. We have our points what we also bring to attention and what we don't like. Each of us has different points and i know that some collegues have problems with VS. But each of us must make his own experience.

Some of us made good experiences and some not. Before we decide any action we always try first to get in contact to discuss problems. It's not always easy and sometimes also my patience is going to the end.

And yes Dave, first thing should be optimistic. If we don't would be, then we would be only surrounded by pessimism and nothing would work.

But we have also experienced bad with partners where we believed it can be solved. Sometimes you will notice first after several months or years. That's the other side.

What we expect is a bit more decency from programs or managers. And to be treat in a respectful way.

In this case we will see and in 1-2 days i will know more.

  • Affiliates bring players;
  • Aff program pays affiliates on their tagged player losses.
Seems to me, affiliates fulfill their Rev Share agreements with Video Slots... Yet, Video Slots are always trying to find new-ways to screw their affiliates over.

There's nothing really to discuss, other than Video Slots need to stop being A-holes :mad:

Nothing will change, affiliates will keep getting shafted. They'll say, I can't drop them now, cause they have quotas. So they'll keep promoting them, which signals Video Slots that they can dig-deeper and fuck their affiliates over more and more. Before too long, these affiliates will be owing VS monthly income :p

Dave, i understand your view regarding VS because you have much experience. But i try always to find the middle of the way to get a soloution. That means not that i find all okay or accept (e.g Statement from CEO).

e.g Focal Click and Omni Casino, nothing has worked, no reply, no payments, nothing. So since yesterday they are blacklisted.

Sometimes it works and sometimes not. If they would not be ready to discuss, or would be ignoring us, or not to pay, then we would know what to do.

At the moment i'm in contact with responsible guys and Ali Atam was really a help. I can say we have a good communication. I can also say that commission for april were paid. Only the payment for march is still missing because of the Revolut problem. But i'm sure it will be also solved fast.

And yes, i understand all colleagues where are annoyed about or made bad experience with VS, still promoting or not anymore. Each problem is different but i believe they want really to help. Sometimes it can be confusing and you need the right persons where are able to understand the problem and to solve.

Account manager are not always helpful and they are human with different character. To solve problems one must handle it a bit gently. This is what i have learned trough my own experiences. But it's not easy and sometimes i'm also annoyed from some programs, managers, or guys where have no idea, being ignorant or whatever. There are also crazy guys on our side one must say.

When Miles made a complete balls up of the missing stats data thread, Ali Atam took over and tried to smooth it over. Problem is they treat affiliates like mushrooms... aka keep them in the dark and feed them BS. Tell them anything BUT the truth.

If Ali is doing right by you, then good one.

However, going on his last performance in the Video Slots Missing Stats Thread, I'd be on the side of wary in whatever he says. Just like Miles proved he couldn't be trusted, Ali seems to be tarred with the same brush ;)

I know exactly what you mean Dave but not all people are so greedy assholes as we maybe assume. But we have to deal with it somehow also if we don't like some statements they ever made.

What i can say at this moment is, that outstanding payments were made today. I don't want to thank the company for paying because it's their obligation but i want to thank Ali Atam for his support and help at this issue. It was a friendly communication and more i can't report.

I was also told that it was a problem between Casino platform and Affiliate program (because of disapproving).

Don't know Ali Atam personally but i met Miles and the current Head of personally (already a longer time ago) as both worked still for other companies. (old RedFlush group, Fortune Lounge, Lead Affiliates or Viks Affiliates)

To say knowing people is also exaggerated and only a few of them may be known personally.

I know also only a handful of active or former managers (of course german speaking) where it was also a privat meeting or beeing at my home.

But there is only one left that i meet more often or be in regulary contact with.

Trusting someone is not easy. You can't trust someone if you can't have a look in his eyes because he's living or working in another country. Unfortunately, you can't trust anyone in this business. Except for a few people you know personally and well, how you mentioned.

At the moment the problem for us is solved but i have no idea what happen in future.

I have spoken to Ali a few times and he has always done the right thing for me, I have not had a bad experience so far with him. I agree they need to get this program straightened out ASAP. I would not be surprised if this casino was sold at some point. The owner seems to not give a shit about being a good businessman. Shame this is happening since players really seem to like to play at this casino.

Affiliate chasing payments ain't cool. Especially when, the same affiliates and those like them, are the sole reason why VideoSlots.com became so successful over the years.

Do they screw Bryan (CasinoMeister) around with 2 month + late payments? I doubt it.

They pay him on time, every time. So they can pay all their partners on time too!!!

Of course Bryan will be paid in time because he has good contacts and the casino rep is there.

In our case i don't know exactly why this was happened. Was it made by human or a technical problem through their own backend ?

Before we was also paid in time and i hope in future too. Mistakes can happen but the question is was it solved because i had contact to responsibles ? Or to know one of them from the past ?

To have good contacts are always important but sometimes even the best contacts can't help if upper management have different views.

The basic attitude of a company is important and if it's transparency, fair and with understanding then there would be problems like this not happen. Most of the outstanding payment problems are made by a handful persons. Some of them are working at finance departement and means to decide about the accounts.

Either the company has financial problems or they are looking over accounts and decide not to pay because of their terms (inactivity clause or other reasons). And sometimes without informing partners about.

They don't have a look whether you promote or not. They make their decisions dependent on some conditions.

Stubbornness, ignorance, telling not the truth or hold up are just a few of the reasons if it comes to outstanding payments.
