He did let me know that they are moving offices, but someone should be replying. My guess, however, is due to the sensitive nature of this move - they want someone like Andrew on the forefront. I'm just guessing, but it seems Andrew is the current 'face of Buffalo' and all information transfer will come only from him.

Buffalo-Andrew is 'out of the office' till the 1'st of Oct, apparently it slipped his mind to tell us or arrange to have someone fill his shoes in his absence.
Everyone has holidays - but what terrible timing!

I also sent an e-mail to my Betway AM 1.5 days ago asking about these problems. Guess what... No reply :(

Agreed everyone does have holidays BUT most people should have a sense of basic courtesy too.

What..You still with Betway   o_O The same program, you cried out about retroactively changing your T&C's. You got to be sh#ting me!

Well what was I supposed to do about it - just walk away and let them keep all my players and all my future earnings? :(

They aren't the only NCO program I work with (I'm now with 5 since Lads went the same way). If any of them ever go heavily negative I will have to give them the boot - in the meantime I have to just grin & bear it and hope for the best...

TBH I have a real hard-time understanding why, affiliates in general, accept being treated like cr#p by these programs. With retroactively changed T&C's, Betway Partners have done this to cripple your current commissions. What's left in future revenue, wont be much at all, if anything.

It's like someone siphoning your gas tank every night and the next day, filling it up again, knowing it will be siphoned again, again and again.

I'm not going to look for it now but (correct me if I'm wrong), you said something along the lines, about programs going bad and that's a risk you take being an affiliate. You went on to say along the lines... When that happens, there are plenty more to fill their place. However, you were clearly not impressed or happy with the retroactively changed T&C's Betway Partners forced on you but you rolled over anyway.

This compounds my intrigue, to why most affiliates keep rolling-over and continue to allow these places to treat them badly.

The saying, 'Nothing changes if nothing changes', springs to mind.

We're all guilty, myself included of jumping up and down when programs disrespect us and renege on their promises. I've kicked programs to the curb and for the record, I refuse point blank to signup to Betway Partners. I'd rather die on my feet, than live on my knees.

I guess I'm just at the stage where, I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired, of watching these programs bend us all over. Worse, we all allow them to keep doing it, without holding them accountable!

I totally get where you're coming from and I would 100% definitely NOT sign-up to Betway myself right now.
I have been seriously considering dumping them, but all the while I'm in the black the NCO isn't hurting me.
(The NCO is my biggest issue - I can live with the quota's and don't have a problem with any high-roller clause).

I have no idea how many active players I have referred over the last 4 years as their reporting doesn't give any info - but I don't think it's very many.
BUT... now that those 4 or 5 other programs are sending my UK players there, it could make a positive difference for me - more players = less chance of going into the red and suffering NCO.

We'll just have to wait and see...
