Processors
"Payment Service Provider" means a 3rd party with whom we have an arrangement to process money transfers.AND . Upon confirmation of money transfer from us to the Payment Service Provider, we shall not be liable for any damages, loss or cost suffered or incurred by an Affiliate (including any damages, loss or costs suffered or incurred as a result of a failure to pay or delay in payment).
SUMMARY: Unsure why this term has been reversed, but these things do happen by accident (i.e., Old Terms re-uploaded to site, accidentally).
