There are constant problems here... avoiding contact and not paying out is probably enough reason to show them a "red card".

+ they dont want to honor commission earned from 'old platform' - players that have never been migrated to the new platform. It was agreed that all already referred users will be kept on the legacy aff platform and stats/payments would be there... but they instantly changed their rules and refuse to pay.

We kindly request that this partner be suspended immediately. Despite sending numerous inquiries/reminders about the outstanding commission, we have been ignored. What is more, their manager also sent reminders for payment, which were also unsuccessful. I have evidence of this in the form of screenshots and emails. This situation is unacceptable.

Therefore, keeping this partner in the “Certified” section makes no sense, as it exposes others to similar problems. Please take immediate action to clarify this situation with the partner and/or suspend them from this forum.

Mallory (@Mallory_LionAff), as the manager of Top Affiliates, please confirm the above, i.e. that you sent several enquiries regarding the outstanding commission, but the persons responsible for payments (“Brandon” brandon@topaffiliates.net and “Sol” payments@topaffiliates.net) did not respond and/or ignored us.

Current status: unpaid commission (and interest), no contact whatsoever, no access to the affiliate platform where the commission is calculated (Legacy Platform).

1/ The payment deadline was the 15th, so after that date we charge discretionary interest/penalties. This is due to our policy and the need to comply with tax regulations.

2/ The amounts mentioned (owed to us) are slightly different:

a) $1,696 + $336 = $2,032 and continue with legacy + MA
+ $150 admin fees for delayed payments (as of today)
(this was agreed upon earlier, as it was not possible to correctly transfer players and calculate commissions in the new system - MyAffiliates). I have a screenshot of our conversation on this matter.

b) 12 x $1,696 + $336 = $20,688 and continue with MA only
+ $150 admin fees for delayed payments (as of today)
(this option was proposed in case you were unable/unwilling to continue calculating commissions according to the old rules in the old system for previously referred players. Please note that our old players (commission calculation) have not been migrated and calculated correctly. I have a screenshot of our conversation on this matter.

In conclusion, if the commission for our already referred players (in the old system) is not continued and we do not get access to it, then point b) of the settlement applies.

Please send confirmation of payment by email or instant messenger.

All I know is that a comparison was made between MA and Legacy and there were 236 players who were to be transferred over to MA. Will check status on that ticket.
As you know I will continue to chase the company for your compensation.

Facts:

1/ Due to late payment (not for the first time, by the way), we are entitled to interest/additional payments – just like any commercial company.

2/ Yes, the players were migrated, but the commission was not calculated according to the old rules. After this ‘migration’, it turned out that the calculated commission differed significantly (a huge difference to our disadvantage) - please compare the calculation with MA or Legacy (e.g. for the previous month). Furthermore, you have already confirmed that these calculations are incorrect under MA, so old players will be kept and settled under Legacy.

3/ Yes, please settle the commission as soon as possible, as we are still charging penalty interest until the liabilities are fully settled.

As I mentioned earlier, the arrears as of today amount to: $20,688 + $150 extra fees/interest.

4/ Last but not least, I am very irritated by the fact that no one in charge at this company responds to our emails and/or instant messages. Very unprofessional...
