Firstly I'm in no-way-shape-or-form trying to ruffle feathers here... Only speaking my mind, Mark.

We want to ensure that we can help as much as we can so please contact us.... snip...Aaron moved on some time ago and Alison doesn’t work with affiliates any more.

All of that is fresh news to me. No wonder my emails to Alison never got answered! Here's some input going forward, how about TTR AM's being proactive here at AGD. Least then we'd know who the current AM's are.

They are one of the worst converting Microgaming casino programs about as many affiliates have mentioned. These days they seem to be spending heaps on pop under ads at porn sites, so some great quality marketing efforts going on.

We have affiliates seeing great conversion rates, so this doesn’t appear to be a global issue.

Would you or for that matter any aff program, publically admit, their affiliates were have a hard time converting. Of course not. Instead the usual Spin is applied.

As far as it not being a global issue... I can only compare my horrid conversions/retentions, against what other members have posted here and what LOTS of other affiliates have posted to other forums.

From my understanding we are all affiliates from different countries, with different sites (possibly not all generic English), promoting to a lot of different markets. Yet we're ALL experiencing identical pathetic conversion and rention issues.

Further more, in threads like this one, which would have been read by literally 100's of affiliates by now, if an affiliate was doing "great" with TTR et al, history tells us, they would be posting and stating that fact.

Yet ALL I see are affiliates spread out globally, who are ALL singing the same dispointed tune...

Edit continued below.

Edit: I'm both an affiliate and a VIP player at 32Red. On reflection while pointing out the obvious frustrations of affiliates, with regard to TTR partners, I'm also in a position (as a player) to put forward some thoughts on maybe why things have gone pear shaped.

NB - If it wasn't for the fact I serverly dislike playing Video Poker with Flash, I wouldn't use the download version at all. But if I was to do that, then I'd probably give 32Red a miss and go play at BetAT or alike because they process winnings to web-wallets in 2 - 6 hours, 24/7, 365 days a year.

All the following software issues happen on both my Laptop and Desktop. Both are high end PCs with i7 processors, 16gig low latency ram, top shelf graphic cards etc etc. Internet connection - 14Mbits/1.7Mbits.
  • The download Viper software is riddled with bugs. I click on a game to open and play, the tab loads but nothing happens. Click the tab and the entire casino crashes. Worse case scenerio, I have to hit Ctrl + Alt + Delete to bring up 'Start Task Manager' and manually end the proccess trees. That's a total PITA when it happens.
  • Login to casino and go to Banking, only to be met with a javascript warning, telling me the banking iframe can't be loaded. No other option but to close the casino and start again.

  • In game Quick Bank - that times out after 15 or so minutes. In its place, a solitary account login section. That's just too weird to comment on further.

  • Slots game options - Quick spins and other settings are not being saved. Hence each time game is opened, I have to recheck the options. Another PITA.
  • Flakey issues with making Neteller and Visa deposits. Such as time-outs or some other crazy stuff. Either way, I receive some error # and a zero balance. Yet not knowing if funds have been debited or not. So have to login into NT or CC to check. That's a PITA too btw.

  • Next are the horrid Pkt loses. These are 100% random. Can be playing VP for hours with no drama, then, bam... The Pkt loses start. I can assure you it ain't no fun waiting (up to 30 sec) for a card to complete a set. And then sometimes it's so bad the signal bars loop for ages and then the casino crashes. When I log back in, my winning streak goes south.

  • Test Jackpot City in real play mode and no Pkt loses and no funky casino errors either.

  • Logged into Casino and playing VP for a few hours, then a stupid popup appears, advising I've been playing for one (1) hour. Which is wrong... Have to stop play to close the damn thing...(maybe it's a UK license requirement idk). I'm not in the UK and besides it's not working correctly - that too is broken and riddled with errors.

  • Live chat... well that's a point of frustration too. I finally get a CSR and they go MIA. Returning every so often with, "I'll be with you shortly" (words to that effect)...
As a VIP I've sent countless emails to the VIP desk and never receive a reply back, not a thing. One such instance has been ongoing for a few weeks now, horrid pkt loses. I go to the trouble of taking time-stamped screen caps, adding PC info and my dedicated IP, in hope it will make the tech's job easier to find the possible issue. Yet I receive no response to that email, nothing, zip, nadda.
  • Add in the retraction of 7 day a week payments, with 2 batches a day. To Mon - Fri with only 1 payment batch per day. And if there are public holidays there are even less payment days in a week.
  • Followed by the 24 hour pending rules and no flush policy.
32Red was heads and shoulders above any other MGS casino. It was easy to market with those advantages and pluses for the player. I used to make regular commission back then.

However these days, it's really no different and I don't make that regular commission anymore.

Except maybe for the fact if you win a stack of cash, you'll be paid in full. Apart from that and reiterating 32red et al, doesn't have anything to offer anymore which actually set it apart from other MGS casinos.

With so many other casinos now offering 2 to 6 hour payments of winnings to web wallets 24/7/365, I think the majority of players are giving MGS only software casinos a miss.

Sorry if that's seen as harsh but I think it's time there was a reality check.

Hi Bet4You,

I tried to quote certain parts of your posts but the forum software doesn't work too well on an iPhone.

Firstly apologies that we didn't announce the staff changes, 99.99% of queries come directly into the affiliate inbox where they are dealt with by the affiliate team, we have never advertised individual email addresses.

As for the 'usual spin' being added for conversion, I am sorry but I have to disagree here. Affiliates are a large part of our acquisition strategy and if there was a problem I would openly admit it and hope to seek reasons why. Why would affiliate conversions be any less than our other channels? Why would we want affiliates to have problems? That doesn't make sense. We are working in partnership and want affiliates to share the success.

As for your experiences as a player - I would like to understand more about which email you are using? The VIP desk email isn't one I recognise. Are you still experiencing disconnections? We applied a fix a week ago which CM members appear happy with.

Finally as for participation here, now I am getting email alerts I will respond as quick as possible, however the quickest way to get s response is to email the team directly.

My personal email (as you know) is mark(a)32Red.com and I check it 24/7 (aside from sleep and drunken states) - feel free to send any concerns directly.

Mark

I have to agree with Bet4You about the player experience, although I haven't personally experienced the issues he mentioned, but different ones.

By far the worst for me is the game sounds issue: I can not get ANY sound at all on the older slots, and the newer ones keep muting themselves on start up and if I have the audacity to click anywhere outside the game window.
This all started when I UPGRADED from my old laptop running Windows XP, to a brand new, high-spec, HP laptop running Windows 8.

The Dish of the Day "Pop-up" or "Slide Across" whatever you call it, keeps coming back even after you have already clicked on "claim" = just annoying.

Stopping weekend cash-outs does not bother me personally, but I KNOW FOR A FACT that most gamblers HATE this with a passion.

Like I said earlier, I have always really liked 32Red as a player and an affiliate, right back from when I met the charming Pat H on my very first trip too the London conference back in 2007. And unlike some other affiliate's experiences, they have always converted pretty well for me - no complaints at all there.
But my recent run for the last 14 months has been diabolical, much worse than any similar casino with similar numbers of players. It's just pure frustration and disappointment with this, that caused me to start this thread.

I had a few good payments with 32Red but my last was June 2014

After that, nothing really.. I have never sent much traffic, but had some good players around 2013-2014, then nothing.
