Time to say goodbye to 32Red?

I can hardly believe I'm thinking this, but I'm also finding it hard to believe that my players keep winning month after month... it's just ridiculous now

I really like this casino and the guys running it, I promote them strongly as my "5 Star MG Casino" and they were one of my best performers from 2012 to 2014: they were the source of my single biggest earnings in 3 months during 2013 and twice in 2014, including December.

But since then I have only had earnings in 3 out of the last 14 months, including only ONCE in the last EIGHT months. (Ignoring Dec+Jan which were only $17 added together from 2 brands, while the other brands showed big negatives).

I have on average between 14 to 20 active players every month (which is good by my standards!), but they apparently just keep winning nearly all the time. How can this be?
I haven't seen stats like this at ANY other operator.

So sadly, maybe it's time to go our separate ways - not just for my benefit, but for theirs too, as it seems I only send them winning players, which is not very good for business really.

Anyone else struggling with this group?

I did test them in the beginning and did not like the conversions and players were not very active once axquired.

I would be living on food stamps if I would have continued with their second to no one casino

They must pay / treat players better than affiliates has been my conclusion and it seems you have been bang on the money also LOL

Thanks KK, I have been wondering about them. I have made a couple very small amounts but I am seeing this pattern with most all the netrefer casinos.

Why keep allowing casinos to keep placements on sites when they do not perform?

We said see you later amigos some time ago & by all accounts it was a great move. They are one of the worst converting Microgaming casino programs about as many affiliates have mentioned. These days they seem to be spending heaps on pop under ads at porn sites, so some great quality marketing efforts going on. With the pathetic back end stats reporting they have set-up (seems like they want to bury the stats on purpose as no one could possibly get it so cocked up) plus all the other chatter about says something is seriously amiss at TTR partners...........

Very interesting post, yep, exactly the same pattern... the longer ago, the more money we made... the opposite of what you'd expect after continued promotion and lifetime revenue !

I started promoting them heavily in 2009, to the AU and NZ markets. Back then, these Countries were still cash-cows. So I still shake my head here, wondering WTF went wrong

I did some calcs a few weeks back. In 7 years, promoting them full on for 3 of them, on multple sites, my total commission amounts to a tad over $33K. About $4.7K a year.

I make more than that with some programs in a single month.

Seeing they have the $10 no deposit now, contacted my AM askimng if they would send mailers out to ALL my players who had signed up but not deposited. Thinking the $10 freebie might get them to drop a deposit. Answer... We don't do that here. End of story!

I've asked other programs the same question and they're happy to do it. In fact most think it's a great idea and add a little extra to sweeten the promo.

Edit: Can't help wonder why it's a BIG no no! That mentality kinda pisses me off because I've stuck with them for years, earning sweat F#ck-All and now when I ask a simple request; no skin off their proboscis, well...

I started with them in 08.2010 and made a total of €2542.45 in 5 1/2 years ?!?! Very poor conversions compared with other casinos that receive even less than half of the clicks that 32Red receives.

I only added them because I needed a replacement for the free slots. I started with BS, then switched to Red Returns then 32 Red.

Now they just say: This content cannot be hosted in an iFrame. Please contact customer support.

Sorry to hear that some of you are having conversion issues, also sorry to hear your players are constantly in profit KasinoKing - if you do as slotplayer says and check the Customer Reference ID, you will be able to see if it’s the same player. Alternatively I can get one of the team to look at that for you.

The conversion discussion is concerning. We have affiliates seeing great conversion rates, so this doesn’t appear to be a global issue. Hey Mark - I did set up those emails as contacts now. It would be easier to have Steph and Robert create accounts. If your account is set to the 'contact' email, then I can put yours in there directly (which makes more sense than just tying it to an email. If I put it under your name - then if you change email, it will follow you.
