Stats Missing

all my stats are missing except for 1 property, hopefully its only a glitch.

Can you tell me how you pulled this report?

I have just logged in as you and pulled a report and see all of your stats. I used this method

1. Choose Report from menu
2. Report type: Casino Report
3. Start date: Jan 1st
4. End Date: Jan 9th
5. Casino: All
6. Currency: USD
7: Campaign: All
8. Search

its working now but I usually go to report type:
all trans or campaigns
and leave the currency at usd and casino and campaign at all.

I see a wd of $250 so shouldn't I be negative?

I checked this one with tech.

If there was a deposit this month then it would deduct the $250 from earnings. But as there are no deposits so far you will see $0 in earnings.

We have no negative carryover so even if you do end the month in a minus it will still start fresh next month at $0

So I see the -$75 but I've not had deposits all of jan, all of feb.

Also why are there two SlotoCash in marketing tools menu on left? One "Slotocash" has a space but the other doesn't and seem to show the same material.

RTG - Sloto Cash - USD >

My other RTG's seem to bring in players.
