I would like to share my experience with StarCrown Partners regarding unpaid affiliate commissions.
I have been waiting for my commission payments since June, but the affiliate program has continued to delay the payments without providing a clear reason or a confirmed payment date.
The unpaid commissions are:
May commission: €4,907.63
July commission: €888.73
The total unpaid amount is €5,796.36.
I contacted the affiliate manager multiple times. At one point, I was told that the payment was “in process,” but I never received proof of payment or a specific date when the funds would be sent. Since then, the responses have been vague, and the commissions remain unpaid.
This situation is very concerning, especially because the amount is significant and the payment has been delayed for months.
I am posting this complaint to ask for assistance and to warn other affiliates to be cautious when working with this program.
I can provide screenshots of the commission reports and communication history if needed.
