Affiliates: please be cautious with StarCrown Partners. They have not paid for multiple months and currently owe us over €25,000. We are still attempting to resolve this, but based on our experience we do not recommend working with them until they settle outstanding balances. They have came up with multiple excuses and now stopped responding, we will pursue legal actions.

Be cautious of their affiliate mangers.

Hello to everyone. We are sharing the feedback we received from StarCrown regarding this issue:

"First, when registering in the affiliate program, partners agree to the Terms and Conditions
According to these rules, traffic may be considered fraudulent if more than 70% of players make only the minimum deposit. In such cases, payments may be declined.

In the cohort in question, a significant portion of players made only the minimum deposit and showed no further activity on the product, which may indicate incentivized or low-quality traffic. According to the affiliate program’s Terms and Conditions, such traffic is not eligible for payment.

Despite this, we proposed a compromise solution in good faith:

Payment for 20 FTDs has been processed
The remaining 16 FTDs would be placed on hold for additional verification and observation of player activity.

This proposal has been communicated to Chris multiple times.

Unfortunately, we must also address the tone and conduct of communication from the partner’s side. In several instances, the messages contained threats, intimidation, and attempts to pressure our team by mentioning the disclosure of personal data in order to obtain both sensitive player information and full payment for traffic that violates the affiliate program rules.

Additionally, the partner has repeatedly disrupted the work of our team by sending numerous spam messages, threats, profanity, and insults toward employees of StarCrown Partners. In one instance, one of our employees was even threatened with being framed with illegal substances and reported to the police, which is documented in screenshots attached to the correspondence."

The statement published by StarCrown is factually incorrect, and we categorically dispute every claim made.

Regarding the alleged T&C restriction on minimum deposit ratios: we retain the original Terms and Conditions in effect at the date we joined the affiliate program. Those documents contain no such clause, threshold, or traffic quality restriction of this nature. This policy has been applied retroactively in what is clearly a post-hoc construction designed to avoid a legitimate payment obligation exceeding €20,000.

On the matter of communication: StarCrown has ceased responding to our outreach, abandoned shared group chats, and blocked our contacts. Characterising the communication breakdown as a conduct issue on our part while simultaneously refusing to engage is not a credible position. It is worth noting that at least two employees involved in this matter appear to have since departed the company.

Most critically: StarCrown has revoked our access to the affiliate platform entirely, preventing us from verifying traffic data, reviewing account history, or disputing their figures through the normal process. Withholding payment, applying retroactive T&C amendments, and then locking a partner out of the platform they rely on to evidence their case is not a compliance measure. It is a deliberate obstruction.

We have documented everything: original T&C documents, correspondence history, account access logs, and payment records. We are pursuing all available avenues to recover what is owed.

We strongly advise any affiliate considering working with StarCrown to review this thread in full before proceeding.
