Rogue casino. Not paying commissions.

Hello,

Promoted them in April and May.
Earned 1170eu in commissions.

They sent commissions in June but because they didn't provide me a proof of payment my bank bounced back the money to them.

And here starts the funny part. In Augusut i requested to send money to my new bank account and provide a proof of payment.

Erica their affiliate manager started to ignore me. It took for her 1 month and a half to confirm that the money bounced back to their bank account. And it was done by writing to her every single day. She only responded few times when i told that i'm going to post about this situation in this forum.

After she confirmed that money bounced back i'm waiting for second week for payment. And guess what she still ignoring me.

I really don't know where is a problem. Is it a problem with this casino affiliate program or it's a problem with thei affiliate manager Erica.

Hi Darko

I know about yours personally as it was me that received the notification from your previous bank about the funds being returned. unfortunately once it bounced back then it was set to go on the next payment cycle, the issue with the return payment was due to your account and not ours so it was something out of our control, With regards to communication then this should of been better and I can only apologize on behalf of 24k Affiliates, I would also like to add that your payment system is set to manual, so all payment cycles need to be requested before the 15th of the month your invoice states that payment was requested on the 29th of September. You can set payments to request automatically in the system which will make sure you never fail yo receive a payment on time. Even though this was out of cycle we have processed this for you anyhow. Please check your account in the next couple of days and if you need any more help please feel free to private message me here on this forum.

If you could see properly the bank bounced back both payments i can see only 650eu instead of 1170eu in my account. The problem is that you can't provide the proof of payment. If i request the payment again and you will not be able to send me the proof of payment the money will bounce back again. And with communication like this before i'm sure you ignore to do it.

Hi Darko,

I was only aware of one transfer being bounced back however we did investigate and did indeed find that the other was returned by your bank and was credited to your account immediately.
