These tax payment concern me.

I'm not on Revshare Model, I receive the Wagering Model. Hence, I do not get paid 35% of 100% NGR. Instead, I am paid 35% of theoretical RTP on slots.

That figure is 35% of 3.71% = 1.3%

However, Rewards Affiliates (have this in written email) and is also noted on this page:

RA claim I receive a TRUE 35% payment. That's just FALSE, as you can see above.

But that has not stopped them from garnishing 35% of the 15% NZ tax from me. Each month since Sept 2020 they have deducted 5.25% tax from my commissions payment.

As I said to Renee...
If I am being a paid a TRUE 35% of (100% NGR, then RA owe me a crapload of back payments. No response.

Point is I am only paid 1.3% (max) If a player plays video slots, table games etc,. I'm paid even less %.

Therefore my tax contribution is 1.3% of the total 15% NZ tax.

That figure is 0.0195% IS ALL I SHOULD BE PAYING.

To put it another way...
RA are overcharging me (each month since Sept 2020) for my share of this NZ Tax by 5.230%.

Seems they want to play semantics with their calculators. When, it's plain as day I ONLY earn 1.3%, not 35%.

My bad regarding the conversion rate, apparently "new betting players" are calculated even if they're play free. This month so far my stats have been abysmal, 426 clicks, 403 downloads, 74 registrations and only 2 new money depositors. Last previous 2 months, around 250 clicks / downloads and 6 new money depositors.

Actually, they don't even need to do that, even though it seems they are. And, that's been their status quo since the RA/CR brand commenced in 2005.

NB - Integrity Group was the original owner, they sold to Mr J.D.T (ITS Management) in 2005, who established the brands Casino Rewards and Rewards Affiliates.

Only have to take a look at how casinorewards.com is setup, to see, for RA/CR, it's like shooting fish in a barrel. Don't take my word for it, check it out yourself...

NB - The last referrer gets the player tagged to them (however cookie duration is for 30 days, only);

1. Player tagged to affiliate;
2. Same player MUST visit CR site to redeem bonuses/loyalty points etc.;
3. All casinos are heavily marketed on CR site;

While all affiliate programs/casino etc., etc., use their own tracking-cookies, they do so ethically, and not with the intention to steal affiliate referred players.

However at CR/RA et al, from what I've discoved/tested/viewed and discussed with many other affiliates, they're using thewir tracking-cookies for unethical evils. It seems they've used their own tracking-cookies (meaning) they become the last referrer in most instances.

I busted them in 2020 not passing my Btag tracker to the CR site. After closing the browser and revisiting the CR site, it registered as a direct TYPIN and not my affiliate-tag, which, I tagged myself with by using a friends computer.

So what excuse was I fed? They'd conducted some GDPR updates (according to my AM that was 4 months previous), and it seems (according to their developer) my cookie tracking (and ever other affiliates cooking tracking) was not being passed over as it should.

Knowing how they handle the truth, it was probably broken for years.

On a plus... If your fortunate to have players who only play at the casinos you referred them to, then RA do pay and quickly too. The problem though is that RA/CR are heavily into TRYING to get tagged players signed up and depositing at their other casinos. In which case, they get these players for free.

Probably the worst info is about the GPWA, and how Mr C overturned the members vote to suspend RA for unethical cross marketing. That right there proves the GPWA only cares about money, not its member base. I hope this is a lesson to those who think running a forum and treating members like cannon fodder (blips on a PC screen) is OK... FYI it is not OK!!!

I had 300~ clicks, 300~ downloads, 50~ registrations and 6 new depositing players last month, this month so far 550~ clicks, 550~ downloads, 100~ registrations and 4 new depositing players. I'm not promoting many different casinos, are those bad or decent stats?

@Marketer2100 - asking me (or anyone) to evaluate your RA performance or any casino's performance, is akin to asking, how long in a piece of string. Simple answer, it varies considerably.

All I can tell you is RA/CR have been proven to have a single, unethical agenda. That agenda is... to cross market to referred/tagged players, in the hope they (RA/CR) can get them playing at their other casinos, where, they are not tagged to the referring affiliate. So RA/CR does not have to pay the affiliate anything.

I can only educate people on what went down for literally years before RA/CR got busted. I wouldn't be surprised if ALL the rightful commissions hoodwinked from RA affiliates; we're talking literally 100's of millions, were pooled, to purchase all the CR casinos.

The NZ tax saga that I'm currently caught in with RA/CR... Australia and New Zealand has a tax treaty. That means, if your paying tax in NZ, and you live in AU, you can offset the tax paid in NZ against your yearly AU tax-income. I have asked Renee for a Tax Invoice, which, RA/CR are obligated by both AU and NZ tax laws to provide me. To date she has flatly refused to provide this info.

Seems RA/CR are once again scamming... This time, garnishing tax from affiliates, then claiming the full tax paid as their offset here in AU. When, RA/CR only pay a % of the total tax bill.

Is RA/CR even paying this tax?

Maybe another RUSE, and instead it's going to pay for their German casino.

Seems odd this NZ tax only came about a couple of weeks after RA/CR were informed they needed to developer a brand new casino for the German market...

Anyway...If having your money snatched by unethical means doesn't bother you, that's your prerogative.

Worse, fucking being ignored, when I have a valid, and legal right to being supplied with a NZ Tax invoice. If Renee or RA/CR think I'm going to pay AU-TAX twice, they're smoking their socks.

NB - June 2020 hammered for US$14,000 tax. How much was I paid? US$8,300 from memory.

Renee goes on holidays for 6 weeks, and my income for 2 months comes close to $100K.

On her return to work, even though my Whale's history demonstrates when he wagers lots, he his winning (not depositing), stranger than fiction, my income mysteriously gets hammered by insane taxes, even though he exceeded US$2Mil in wagering. Reiterating, on Renee's return.

When my accountant and I reverse engineer the tax, to get a reasonable idea of how much my Whale has dropped, that figure stands at over NZD$330,000... It was the month Renee returned.

I don't think Celia is part of this conspiracy to commit fraud, theft etc., etc.

RA is deducting gaming tax for countries that have this rq. and charge backs, I have paid my share and again it is what it is (on Wagershare).

When I asked R she has always replied with a correct explanation.

Back in the good old (normal) days I confronted them with the cross marketing and they have addressed this issue by adding the btag when clicking on the ext. links e.g. on CR.com etc.

I have been checking this regularly and all is well.

So I do not know what more one could ask.

We had our differences about the email s p a m but it has NOT affected earnings that much if any.

FYI I have players referred more than 12 yrs ago and are still playing.

IMO it is unfair to accuse RA of wrong doing and theft that is BS.

BTW how many times have they changed links / platforms ? Right (0) !

Hey if it works they do not have to change it and shave your traffic/earnings.

I can not think of any other more reliable program than RA.

On the whales highrollers you can not count on monthly earnings to be stable with this kind of players hence I have some won over 500K and the casino has to pay or get it back.

If you are on WGS how can it possibly be that the wagering has dropped as it is a cumulative number unless the player has not played by the rules ?

RA has to pay gaming taxes regardless whether you reffered the player or not as they have an UK / (NZ) gaming license.

You as an affiliate that referred the player will be deducted a proportional share which is fair.

Gaming Duty is not VAT / Income tax

For the UK its 21% for NZ its 20%

If you provide facilities for playing games of chance for prizes through remote communication, you’ll need to register and pay RGD on your profits.

Oct 2021 - they stole over 50% of my income, claiming it's tax. June 2020 it was approx 70% (US$14K), stolen. It's a totally shake-down scam. I'm paid 1.3% max. Ethically, I should only be paying 0.195% of the 15% total.

Instead I'm being hammered for approx 25x MORE than the Commission % RA actual pays me.

If RA/CR think I'm going to roll over on this latest SHAKE DOWN, tell'em their dreaming!

Anyway, I've tried to work this out with RA/CR in a mature, and professional business manner. I've even hired a dedicated (bookkeeper) accounts manager, and even she has been meet with the same quasi BS (aka talk to the hand responses, when she pushed RA for the tax invoices).

Seems from here, RA/CR are taking X % from affiliates for TAX, yet re claiming this entire TAX as their own losses. When, they can only LEGALLY claim what they pay in TAX. A quick calculation, shows literally 10's of Millions on dollars, which RA/CR could be/maybe(?) illegally claiming as tax losses against their taxable income.

Put simply, I'm past discussing this anymore... So feel free to knock yourself out, and write what you want.

It's currently in hands of my Tax Lawyer, who has the oodles of email correspondence. Talk about outsmart oneself with those... Its been written over the centuries that if, you can not remember what you said, then better not to tell 'porky pies' (lies), instead, stick with the truth.
