Referback adjusted my commission percentage

I noticed my revenue % has been lowered by 5 percent.

I have had a deal to list them on such and such site but on some I have removed them and put them on other ones, maybe that is the reason.

Anyway it would be appreciated to inform me first about the change made instead of finding out myself and wondering why.

Took me 4 months to get it fixed. In the end, they fixed it though.

did you inform them first you were switching the site from the original agreement?

I had the same problem and after I contacted my aff manager, they paid me even the 5% that was missing on last month percentage.

All those with lower incomes, did you have new depositing customers this month?

They have a term where if you do not bring in 1 new depositing customer then your rev share will be lowered to 20%, although I have not seen this rule enforced that much in the past.

Then that is a retroactive rule if they are enforcing it! I have new players every month for yrs so they have no excuse!

I've been told by my affiliate manager that this is a glitch and that everything will be corrected today or tomorrow.

Emailed my affiliate manager S. but have not received an explanation as I had a fixed % deal.

Mine says that too and I am very surprised since we talked in Amsterdam about this and how I was not going to have any issues... OH HUMMM

I was mailed & told by Andrew this... So I guess I am not grandfathered into the non predatory terms!

Your commission percentage has been on our sliding scale since January 2012, which was when the 35% deal that you had made with Cobus expired. Your earnings vary between 20% and 35% depending on if you are bringing in active players in a month (http: //www. referback. com/casino-affiliate-program) . Since each month you have sent active players in the past, your commission has been on 25% each month since January 2012.


Guess I best keep sending in active players!!!

I was misunderstanding how the rule worked evidently I am grandfathered in and not subjected to the min player rule. Thanks for explaining Andrew!
