Hi Nicholas,

At the end of the day were all in this together. The industry is highly unstable right now and yes everyone is highly strung right now because of the unknown.

However, times like these should draw everyone together, to have people's backs so to speak. Looking over this thread and others like it, the general consensus is affiliates feel they're left out in the cold.

I feel exactly like that with some programs I'm promoting. It's a non too pleasant feeling when your partners obviously know what's going on but either don't bring you into the loop or worse decide to piss in your pocket instead.

I'm sure people understand not everything can be revealed. But just providing some honest information would certain go a long way in curbing the underlying distrust of affiliate programs in general these days, given what's transpired lately. (that is directed at ALL aff programs in general).

Cheers

Dave

First off thanks guys for both showing interest in this topic as well as coming to my defence.

I better give an update as I know other affiliates are interested to see what’s going on.

I have been contacted today over the phone and was assured that I would be paid what was owed, we did have some different figures as to what was owed so both of us are contacting our accounts departments to agree on a total amount owed. That I am told will happen tomorrow on by both parties.

I was also told that I would receive a good faith deposit this week to show they mean what they say.. I don't know if this will be substantial but they said they would call me back today to let me know.

And I will keep you guys updated as to the events as they unfold... :) sounds like a suspense novel...

cheers,
j

Hi Guys

This week I was sent a small portion of what is owed... it’s a start… I am still owed a lot of money and we are disagreeing somewhat on what the exact number is but I am hoping to resolve both matters asap. Will keep you guys posted :)

Cheers,
j

I sure hope your keeping all correspondence. Whilst any and all discussions are done via email and not phone.

Cheers

:)

I thought I better give an update on this one.....

We did settle on an amount owed and they paid about 15% of it over a few Western Unions... (which is a pain) and now I back waiting with no real schedule of future payments...

Josh, are you saying that you had to settle for a lessor amount than what was actually owed to you?

Well they brought processor seized funds into the equation, stripping about 1/3 of what they owed... It was around the times of some recent seizures so I didn't argue really...

Ah ok, well..I can sorta understand the lost processor funds dealio, but for the agreement to be broken and you not receiving the remainder of what you are legitimately owed most definitely does not look good on their part.

I hope Nicolas can shed some light on this issue for us all. I really don't want to continue promoting them if they are not keeping their word with you on this. IMO, that's the same as breaking a contract agreement.

I have been holding out on depositing there because of this and other slow pay issues dating before the seizures.

Nico or anyone else know if my tag went to Rival? My comps converted just fine.

edit: I should clarify 'slow pay before seizures' A friend of mine (I am not an affiliate) waited six days for six figures when they were RTG but they did pay, I just found it disconcerting
edit second edit: I'm pretty sure he didn't convert to Rival from what I can gather
edit third edit: He didn't convert because he never pays Rival. Just being clear

Recent Processor Losses and Bet Phoenix Casino Affiliates

This is a quick announcement to let our esteemed affiliates know that we are going to be absorbing the recent processing issue loses.

None of our affiliates will lose a single penny due to this issue. As a large, stable operator we are able to absorb financial losses much easier than some of our smaller, less stable competitors.

I believe the kids these days call that a "FAIL"
