Problems with the new website

    No! sorry, they ask me to login to a player account ( which I had to open ) then the password does not work, reset password does not work, any emails from them take at least 2 weeks to answer then it's just more BS.

    We never received a response on the emails sent. We can try sending them one more reminder email.

    We got in contact with the Slotum affiliate representative on Skype and were told that the complaints will be taken care of today.
    Once we have more information we will update the thread.

    Hi everyone!

    My name is Denis and I am the new Slotum Casino representative.

    First of all I would like to apologise for the delay in reply, my colleague who was in charge of solving issues on this forum has left the Company and for some time there was nobody checking the messages here. I am here to make sure that all problems get solved on the spot.

    I am already in contact with @rogerc: his commission was transferred to his player account a few weeks ago but as I understand there was some kind of misunderstanding and Roger was checking his affiliate account balance instead. Once he let us know that he couldn't log in his player account we sent him instructions how to reset the password but unfortunately for some reason he didn't manage to do it and we reset it ourselves for him. Roger is able to withdraw his commission whenever is comfortable for him. Regarding "any emails from them take at least 2 weeks to answer then it's just more BS": there never was such delays, most of emails were answered same day or the following, some email were answered in a few days but this was due to the fact that I was on a sick leave which is obviously not an excuse, but gives an idea of the reasons for the delay. In fact several times I wrote Roger first to find out if he got his commission or needs some assistance. Moreover when we received his first email I suggested to add me on Skype and have a chat there in order to solve the issue ASAP.

    Anyway I am really sorry that Roger has had a negative experience with Slotum Casino and hope that this doesn't happen anymore.
