Problems with the new website

    Hi. I have some problems with the new Slotum website.

    "Statistics" are not working well (I think). The default date range is set to last month and there is some data missing as "visits", "players" and "NGR". Plus, I can not see the total commissions earned for the current month or something.

    I am pretty sure that the "visits" are missing because I track all my affiliate links.

    These are the stats for 1st, 2nd & 3rd September (NGR showing only on 1st, all the other data except for deposits and deposits count are missing.

    Also, the "Open wallet" button is not working.

    Also having problems since the update to their new affiliate program/site. Have contacted their support twice over the last week, but no replies yet.

    Still see no way of actually getting my commission paid, Slotum tells me to use my " Player account" which as far as I know does not exist ?

    No!! not a thing, ( thanks for trying )I have since removed Slotum banners as at present seems a waste of space on my sites, pity as when I started with them all was well up until the time the "new" site was launched.

    Apparently I have to open a player account to get my affiliate pay, see below......

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Would you mind opening a player account at Slotum.com? We could transfer your commission onto your balance and then you would withdraw it with any payment method that suits you well.

    I have had a similar experience. All went fairly decent, up until the migration to the new platform. I havent bothered so much promoting them after that.

    Practically given up on Slotum, removed all banners, it's hard finding a reliable affiliate program. Thanks for your interest. rogerc
