The program states: "the traffic was deemed unsuitable", hence why did they not terminate the account? Instead, they kept the account open BUT set it to 0% RS...

That makes no sense at all... Me thinks someone is telling porky pies.

Wasn't sure which casinos this program represented. It was then, that I realised, they'd been flagged for not holding any form of igaming license. Basically these casinos are not licensed...

Obviously do not have enough details to judge but would say that
1. just setting the rev on 0 is indeed not correct.
but 2. getting paid all of the rev-share although many players chargebacked also not the right way.

If possible, the "perfect" solution would be to take the total rev generated - deduct the revshare generated by players that chargebacked - and then to pay the exceeding revshare based on original deal.
That way you get paid what you deserve but you indeed get paid % from actual casino netgaming and not netgaming which was actually annulated afterwards.

Admins, it wasn't a mutual decision, I didn't agree to anything, I just didn't bring up this topic to wait and prove that my traffic was not fraudulent. Now I want to open the discussion. My traffic is decent so they should behave decently too.

@MissExposé , may I ask if they provided any proofs about termination? Because there are none. I understand that you might have no power here, but probably you could try to ask them to open my account?

Number1 Affiliates and VegasRevenue, it seems neither of their casinos hold valid, current or any regulated igaming license. Yet is seems, LCB Network is partnered with both programs. Worse, Number1 affiliates are AGD "certified". And it would also seem that VegasRevenue are in the process of being "certified".

How is it possible for AGD to even consider, much less, sanction programs, where, their igaming venues do not hold an igaming license?
