New Mr. Green website - thoughts?

I like the new design. It's clean, modern and more in tune with the modern casino brands popular in the Nordics.

One thing from a UX point of view would be the immediate change of the site.
Anyone worth their salt in UX will tell you how negative such a sudden drastic change is to existing customers.

However, with needs and musts etc.. maybe they had little choice.

As a player the most important topic to me, is how long it takes to receive winnings to Neteller and if there's a maximum withdrawal limit per day/week/month.

A link directly to a banking page would be helpful. Instead I had to wade through the T&C's and still couldn't find what I wanted. All accept wins over 100,000 or more, management reserves the right to pay in 10% installments over 10 months.

I agree on this. And Also if we take example on MrGreen new christmas calendar campaign. There is no where you can see this.

On their old site you had nice news info in middle of screen. Now all that is just vanished. Only because I had made deposit last week made me aware that this promotion had started. So that is a massive fail as well for MrGreen which is a shame as all in all they are a great brand and among the best I would say.

Doesn't matter if it was a high or low value player, depositor or non depositor, signed up via affiliate or straight via our homepage... I can ensure you that everybody received an e-mail and that our reactivation and tele sales department is doing a great job and inform all our players about our current promotions. We are having as well our Blog, Social Media, STOREFRONT Landing Page, Weekly Promotions Landing Page, Advent Calendar website ect.

I am very pleased to hear that you appreciated the old design. Our C level team implemented this design years ago and now the same C level team took the decision to move forward to the future and implement a new product. I guess you know Mr Green and you know that we are professional in what we do. Just have trust in 2016 and Mr Green and you will see that the conversion, the sign ups and the amount of NDC's will increase sky high.
