Terms need some changes, but they look friendly. Never the less, please pay attention to the following terms:
"2.4. The specific terms in the IO, including without limitation the duration of the IO, rates, terms, and Fees (fixed, cost per (qualifying) lead and/or revenue share as the case may be) may only be amended or varied by agreement in writing both Parties. For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding any amendment or variation of the specific terms of the IO pursuant to this clause, the IO and the Ts&Cs shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law."

NEED A SECTION FOR TERM MODIFICATIONS AND STATE THEY WILL ALWAYS EMAIL AFFILIATES

NEED TO STATE RETROACTIVE COMMISSION CHANGES WILL NEVER HAPPEN
