Haven't perused the T&C's myself, yet. However, Marikit Holdings Ltd, which owns Orakam (aka Casino-Z, Z-Partners et al), also operates the two additional casinos:

• 1xSlots Casino
• 22Bet Casino

There's nothing mentioned about ownership of the above casinos. So what's to stop the program/ownership from unethically cross marketing?

I have nearly signed up but changed my mind after reading their T&C.

3.9. If the Affiliate has not attracted 3 (three) New users for 3 (three) months in a row, the Company has the right (but is not obliged) to change the terms of cooperation, including lowering the amount of the commission received by the Affiliate or suspend the Affiliate Account in Affiliate Program. In some cases, the termination of the current Agreement with the Affiliate is possible.

4.4. The Affiliate Program reserves the right to block the Affiliate Account for public defamation, unjustified criticism, insults, and threats towards the support service representative or administration of the Affiliate Program and/or Affiliate Program projects;

9.2 If the Affiliate does not have such an amount on the Affiliate’s account, the funds will be automatically transferred to the next period, and so on until the required amount is accumulated. The negative balance is also transferred to the next month;

3.9. It is a measurement against players who play under themselves' registration and use own account to earn comission as a cashback for their player account.

4.4. I do not know why we even discuss this one, relations between parties should be respectful by both sides. But we have never applied this term on practice anyway.

9.2. That's not NNCO, and the terms applies only to weekly payments (not monthly). If our affiliate gets a positive balance we always pay fees even if it becomes negative a next week or was negatve a week before it, but at the end of the month there will be readjustment of the comission based on % and all FTDs. Players who choose monthly payments do not meet this one and we do not carry negative balance if we did not pay anything for a month to the affiliate.

I am pretty sure that terms are just, professional and respectful for both sides.
