Now I know, what you are refering to. You mean the "T&C" link in the header.
I was refering to the link, where the affiliate concludes the contract with the program with a click, when you click on the "Register" oder "Become a partner" button.
At the end of the form you have to check the box to accept the terms, but that link is not working as I wrote, but it's important, that it is working.
One can say: "What is this crazy nitpicker from Germany talking about?!"
I would answer, if this happens on any website from a bank, an insurance, a real casino or any affiliate program for any product, correct people with good reasons would say, a serious business is also based on accuracy, because it's all about money.
It's only a human mistake, which could be fixed within minutes with a normal website. The problem with this mistakes is, due to this new weird generation of website codes it happens more often, because of the missing of direct links.
With classic HTML one can have the same success, the same design, the same message as with Klingon-Codes.
