NCO is not consider predatory, we highlight if they do have a NCO it is then your decision on if you would like to work with the brand

You are saying that negative carry over isn't consider predatory and i appreciate that you highlight it. But it's an unfriendly term.

Just because of the fact they have and from our experience that is reason enough not to work with, unless you can negotiate and rule out this condition.

I can't understand that affiliates are happy with negative carry over.

If all colleagues would be saying we don't work with companies having negative carry over how fast do you think they would change it ?

Of course i know that this will not happen.
