Gambling Craft affiliate program reserves the right to lower the tariff plan (up to 20% of RevShare) of the Partner's fee and/or freeze payments if the Partner has not been active for a long time and receives more than 95% of the income from the players registered not in the current payment period.

@Guard Dog - Low Revshare Warning... Can't find the audit, was there one? If not, what triggered the low revshare figure?

Oh and BTW, they may have dropped that clause above BUT added this one in its place... Which seems to give them the power to change the RS agreement to whatever they like. EG... same as their previous predatory BS, just worded differently.

6.12. The Company reserves the right to change the tariff plan of the Partner in case the average number of New Players during the last three reporting periods is less than or equal to 5.

And, while I'm on a roll...

There is no mention of the actual itemized GGR deductions. Instead, white-noise about cost deductions BUT nothing noted on each deduction...

Essentially they could be hitting affiliates with 30%+ Admin fee and other BS costs, cause there is no clause pertaining to what they do or don't deduct from GGR.

Hi Dave, the low revshare warning is triggered by our internal review of T&C's and if the lowest tier is below 25% we add that warning.
