Hello everyone,

I’m posting here to ask for advice and assistance regarding an unresolved payment issue with Fortunate Partners.

According to my dashboard, multiple bills are marked as Paid, and the system shows a total balance deduction of €1,710 EUR related to these payouts. However, I have not received the payment, nor any payment confirmation (bank/crypto transaction reference).

What’s more concerning is that my affiliate manager and the Fortunate Partners team have been completely unresponsive for months, despite multiple attempts to contact them via:
Email
Internal chat / support channels
I have followed up several times in a polite and professional manner but received no reply at all.

At this point, I’m trying to understand:
  • Whether others are experiencing similar issues with Fortunate Partners
  • How to properly escalate this when affiliate managers do not respond
  • If there is an official contact or process to resolve missing payments
I’m happy to provide screenshots, transaction IDs, and dates if needed.

Any guidance or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help.

I would appreciate if you can directly give me any contact. I have no contact with any manager. Since months my manager has ghosted.

Hello Community,

We have received feedback from the affiliate manager, who conducted a thorough review of the traffic associated with this payment issue. According to the review, the affiliate manager identified clear signs of CPA abuse. Specifically, the players acquired during this period deposited only the minimum amount required to trigger the CPA, with no further engagement despite multiple CRM outreach attempts. Additionally, the deposit patterns were consistent across all players, suggesting suspicious and non-organic behavior.

Following a deeper look into the players involved, including identifying email addresses from @MSN.com and the exclusive use of cryptocurrency for deposits, the decision has been made not to proceed with the payment. The review also referenced the Affiliate Terms, which clearly state that new customers involved in bonus abuse, money laundering, or fraud are not eligible for commissions:

"You hereby recognize that any New Customer found to be a bonus abuser, money launderer or fraudster or who assists in any form of affiliate fraud (whether notified by you or later discovered by us) is not eligible and for all intents and purposes is not a valid New Customer under the Affiliate Agreement. Consequently, no Commission shall be payable in relation to such New Customers."

As a result, the payment will not be processed, and all future cooperation with this affiliate will be discontinued.

We are sharing this update to ensure transparency and keep the community informed of the actions taken.

@MissExposé They have not provided any details of players that they claim to be CPA abusers nor I can see any player activity on their platform. Non response from manager clearly states that they just want to not pay without giving proofs to affiliate regarding traffic. For further information I may clearly bring in picture that manager never responded to me to my queries ever and till then they were paying me regularly. If they have had any issue with my traffic its their responsibility to inform me and not just not responding.

This clearly states that they donot want to show any proof and want to ditch affilaites on same pattern that all casinos follow.

In Addition to this let me clear this, they subtracted my balance on 3rd Feb but right after this issue got exposed and we informed license they added balance back on my account.

If anyone ask me proof of same traffic which they paid I can add them as well and also, add screenshots of affiliate manager unresponsive since months which clearly states that they want us to drive traffic till the time they want to pay, when they want to burn any account they will just respond same way without providing any further information. Its same pattern from casinos now days which effct genuine traffic as well.

I would like to clarify that at no point prior to this escalation was I informed of any alleged CPA abuse, traffic irregularities, or compliance concerns. The bills in question were marked as Paid in the system, and the full amount of €1,710 was deducted from my balance, which reasonably indicated that the traffic had already passed validation.

If the traffic was considered invalid, it should have been rejected during the normal approval process, not after payment status was applied and balance settled.

I respectfully request clarification on:
  1. When the traffic was reviewed and flagged
  2. Why payment was marked as “Paid” if abuse was suspected
  3. What specific, verifiable evidence supports the claim of CPA abuse
General indicators such as minimum deposits, email domains, or crypto usage do not in themselves constitute fraud, and no data or reports have been shared with me to substantiate these conclusions.

I am open to a transparent review process and would appreciate documented proof supporting this decision.
