I just wanted to let you know, no news here. I have still not been paid the rest of my money by these guys.
2 and a half months now.

After "some issue on Rival's end", which was the initial excuse for delays, they went with "your account is locked for more verifications that'll take up to 4 weeks" (lol), which was a couple of months ago.

Here's how the closure went down.

I got phoned frome one of the managers. We spoke two or three times on the phone.
He offered me a deal to take 700 euros of the remainings ~1700.
He asked me what I'd be "satisfied with".
He told me casino businesses are shady businesses.
He told me he doesn't think I'd get my full balance out, ever.

I accepted the 700. Then my account was unlocked. So I had a 3000€ win there, and got paid about 2000€ out of it.

OK, I'm a little confused here...
I've just re-read all your posts in this thread, but can't see it: I see no accusations of fraud, bonus abuse, or anything else against the T&Cs...

So WHY exactly have they not paid you the FULL amount you were owed?

The reason is, because this way they save some cash.

And as for the justification, which is what you were getting at - there is none.
And there were plenty, at the same time. None that made any sense. You can see the way it unfolded, it was tech issues, then "investigations", then it was "something on Rival's end"...

So, no reason.

Any Outstanding Issues?

Just wanted to see if anyone knows of any outstanding issues with "21Grand Casino or SupremePlay Casino" or for that matter with the program itself "BestPay Partners"?

John Stern, the new Affiliate Program Director at Bestpay Partners has approached us and would like to have their casino properties removed from TheGamblingGurus Rogue List.

I see no problem with this if in fact there are no outstanding player or affiliate issues with them. John Stern also stated that there were some bad decisions made in the past and that is one of the reasons that he is now trying to clear up those past issues. (e.g. Getting listed on a Rogue List)

If anyone knows of any, please let us know here.

Thanks

Sounds exactly like the conversations I just had very recently with him!

What I really want to know though, is what are the terms for the player welcome bonuses at both their casinos?
I'm expecting them to be crap, if so, there's no point listing them again good or bad.
I can't tell because I'm bonus-banned at their casinos - and the cashier screen is the only place to find the terms!

I in the end was offered a "take it or leave it" deal - 2000€ out of my 3000.
The offer was this - I can either get a few hundred more (at that time I was paid out about 1500 at an excrutiatingly low rate of 166 per week or so which had to be chased, and then didn't receive anything for months), totaling to about 2000 or so (I can check if necessary), and waive the rest, or wait till the "management" has a "meeting" about my payout in which case I likely won't get anything out of the remaining amount (that's the exact quote).

I took it. I know this offer by them can be considered illegal, but what can you do.
So yes, I have an issue with them and would not recommend them.
