Is Rival 21 Grand Casino Going Rogue?

We were promised by you (RivalRep) that you would take care and make sure that players were being paid. What is going on here?

You are not only hurting the Rival Brand, but seriously hurting your licensees!!! No wonder players very rarely deposit large amounts into Rival Casinos - they are afraid that money will go missing :(

I have contacted the CS of 21grand again today.
I was told that the payment is delayed because of something on the Rival's end and that they're awaiting for something from them (whatever that may be). And my docs are available and okay.
Take that for what it's worth.

Just wanted to report back that I was just paid by 21Grand Casino into my eWallet account on DAY 15 now for my cashout that I initiated there on Sep. 29th!

Thanks to whomever worked this out. 8)

I also hope the other players get paid today as well and that this long of a timeframe does not happen again.

Glad you finally got paid Rob!

However this guy still hasn't got hit $3K, instead blown off with the generic " Rival's fault excuse"...

Maybe the 90 minute or so window between Subtle's and Guru's post, will see Subtle returning to say he's been paid. Lets hope so.

Calling it as I see it, it doesn't paint a good picture. Affiliate (who's also a player) gets paid and player (Subtle) doesn't, instead gets fed a story.

IMO this is the exact catalyst to why players get p#ssy at affiliates.
It's not Guru's fault, it's 21grandcasino and Rival's fault. But the focus falls back to the us and them mentality - I can see how players draw these type of conclusions.

Cheers

:)

A quick note - I just got my first part, too! That's 1/5. (1 part out of 5 as they have a weekly withdrawal limit and it'll take me 5 parts to collect it all - a bit longish but as long as I get it all it'll be OK)
I sincerely hope it'll all continue on a good note!

Let me get this right...Are you owed $3K?

If so are you only receiving $600 a week @ 5 equal instalments?

I'm owed 3k € (so it's more than 3k$)
667 € is the max weekly installment.
They have 1k $ max weekly / 667 € max weekly.

So it'll take me five installments to reach 3k. I just got the first one.

Hope this clears it up. I'll certainly be updating you guys here on what's going on as the situation continues unfolding.

My best,

I actually liked your opinion Paul and it shows your and your casinos transparency as well which is a very good thing when so many others will not!

Kinda wish you had not changed it...:(

Thing is after posting I felt I was taking it a little personal and don't want to cause any trouble. In the end, as I said in my previous post, its easy to know who you should have around.

However, as a person that has a carreer in this industry, everytime working to help keep it clean and as reliable as possible, I find 1k limit per week... a little weak (think this is a nice word)

We have a 10k limit for general players and much better limits for our VIP's which I think its pretty decent.

This is a brief of my previous post Rob. Hope it helps ;)

My best,

I sure wish you didn't edit your post Paul. I can understand your position but from Guru posted I'm sure it provided a polar difference between how a decent Rival white label conducts its operational protocols, to that of clip joint.

Gotten my second payment today - right on time.:cool:

I remember they mentioned to me how new customers have this limit..
I think it can make sense, businesswise, for a casino that's just starting out since bigger payments might cause trouble where a set limit which they know they'll be able to handle can make it smoother. Obviously it would be nicer for me to get it all at once, but I can understand why they might have a reason to set the limit lower.
So I do not necessarily mind that much - as long as there are no unexpected delays and such!

Anyways, I wanted to share with you how it's going to let you guys know about it.

My third installment was supposed to happen.
It has been delayed. Apparenlty a player manager needs to call me before the payments continue. It is supposed to happen on Sunday or Monday (kind of odd).
I assume I am being slightly stalled.

This sounds like bull**** to me. They know who you are, they've paid you some installments in the past - there should be no problem moving forward.

It is really time that someone started legal action against some of these organisations.

Yeah, it doesn't seem convincing to me too.

Not too surprisingly, I haven't been contacted by anyone.
I have today stopped by at live chat. No "supervisors" were available to talk to, I was told they'll be on in 20 minutes.
Half an hour later I'm trying again, now Live Chat isn't on (it says they're offline).

It isn't looking good atm.

Gotten a hold of the supervisor.
"The finance dpt" is doing some investigation or whatnot. It can "take up to a month".

I told them they can phone me whenever they want if there's anything they want, and that 2 weeks of that month have already passed (since nearly 2 weeks have passed since my last payment) so I expect a resolution soon. I expect the remaining 3 parts of my payout to be handled correctly.

I don't like this stalling one bit.

I'm still waiting. :mad::mad::mad:

No progress so far.

Any ideas on what can I do?
I went to live chat, was told to send an email.
The chat was a bit funny. I was told they don't have a phone number I can phone them to.
Then I pasted the number from the website asking for confirmation and phoned it.
Unbelievable.

I was told on the phone same thing, "finance dpt" is stalling me.

They have a new rep on board called Simon White.
I'm not sure if it's OK for me to post his e-mail here but you can contact him via CM here: SimonWhite

I had a long Skype conversation with him last week and he did seem genuinely keen to sort out all current player issues. However this seems to be taking an awfully long time and there's an issue at CM which is even worse than yours. I was so disgusted at what I read on there, that I have put their casinos on my blacklist, and there they will stay unless they do the right thing - and soon.

I have PMed Simon White a day or two after you posted this. He replied and told me to email him, and gave me an email addy for the details.
I sent him the details.
And I haven't heard from him, or anyone else, since.

Is "Rival Rep" here any good? Do you think he could be helpful?

Really starting to think all RIVALS should be boycotted!

May not be popular - but IMO it may be needed! I mean every single one!!

IMO a mass BOYCOTT will make the clean ones pressure rival more!!

Totally boycott the whole rival system

I'm right there with you. Very sick of what Rival is doing. Because of that, yesterday I changed my main Rival site around:

http://www.rivalslots.com

Looks a bit different now with no Rivals listed (where they can be seen without 'unhiding'). I'm sending all my traffic elsewhere right now. Earnings have come to a complete standstill at ALL Rivals for me.

Actually..... standstill is too nice. My earnings have gone backwards due to confiscations.
