The shit storm that is generated on a weekly basis anymore by some of these 'White-Label Rival Casinos' does not seem to be letting up. Even after Rival Reps have made appearances here at AGD and assured all of us otherwise!

I just finished reading this new thread over at Casinomeisters Forum where a player posted that they just met the wager requirements on a bonus taken at "21 Grand Casino" and the casino has now denied their winnings because the player did not apparently wager "ENOUGH OVER" the wager requirements of 35X deposit and bonus that was met!

WTF 21 Grand Casino? Are you guys really ready to go Rogue now? Because this type of behavior is exactly how you will soon get listed on many Rogue Lists, one in particular that has high rankings in the serps!

I am personally at my wits end with some of these "White-Label Rival Casinos" and their continued asinine, and roguish management decisions.

Rival Corporate, Rival Rep, what do you have to say about this action taken regarding this player and the casinos roguish behavior here regarding this issue?

Is Rival Corporate concerned at all about the way their licensee's are handling themselves in the public opinion fora?

Rival Rep, why do you guys constantly let one of your "Licensee's" bring more tarnish to Rival Software Casinos?

I haven't read the thread as yet and, to be honest, had never heard of 21 Grand, but I think that - moving forward - anything that isn't SlotOCash, Affiliate Wide Group of Spartan Slots, Box24 and Black Diamond or the BetUS Casino (can't remember the name) has to be removed from my sites.

This is way, way beyond a joke and the actions of certain Rival casinos are affecting the credibility of their whole brand (including the sites mentioned above) plus the credibility of my sites and everyone else who promotes Rival. Enough is enough. Time to clean up my sites this weekend.

They were Gold Rock Casino before the re-branding last year tryme1. I have to strongly agree with you on this point here for sure...

All of this asinine BS with these 'White-Label Rival Casinos' has to stop and stop now or I will be the first to seriously make it my sole ambition to see to it that new "Rogue SERPS" are generated on a daily basis for each Rival Casino that continues these 'Rogue Practices'

I also alerted Best Pay Partners affiliate manager; David Bernstein to this thread. Guess we will see if he makes an appearance here and what he has to say about this latest issue with 21 Grand Casino.

Hi guys,

I got to admit I'm seriously growing tired of reading all the negativity surrounding "most" Rival White Labels. Seriously if it was any other casinos doing 1/2 of what these places have done, they'd be kicked to the curb long ago. Not that it worries me cause I blacklisted all the Rival White Labels back when Tradition pulled its funky blackjack (1:1) BS.

IMHO it's about time Rival and their wayward white labels towed the line.

Seriously if Rival gave a toss about the damage these white labels are doing, they'd fix the issues, they are still in control of the software licensing are they not!

This 21Grand issue a prime example of Rival slackness and white label incompetence at work. How hard is it to pick up the phone, call 21Grand Management and ask WTF is going on - what BS stunt are they pulling!

Guru has to make a post asking Rival if this issue has been fixed with the player.

What a Joke :rolleyes:

Edit: sure hope mousey over at CM find this post from Rival about expecting players to not only meet wagering but to play and extra 2 or 3% before they'll approve a withdrawal.

I'll advise once I have more information. There is a lot of back and forth that occurs when Rival as the software provider has to review these issues. Lots of red tape.

This is a clear case of "I do not care" type of attitude. A week is ample time to resolve this matter.

Thanks for replying Rival Rep, BUT if there's truly that much RED TAPE then surely you of all people have to realize that that is most certainly part of the problem here.

When an issue like this can not be resolved in a FULL Weeks Time then we have a problem Houston as I'm sure you will admit.

A few weeks back I actually thought Slots of Fortune could become one of the Good Guys... but the reason they gave for stealing that player's money is the biggest load of bullshit I've seen since Biff crashed his car in Back to the Future!

If they don't remove that ludicrous rule - and fast - they'll go into that rogue pit so fast it will make their nose bleed... :(

@ Rival Rep: The Guru is 100% correct - the antics of these "cowboy" white labels is ruining the brand for EVERYONE! :mad:

That's really the most *insane* part of the whole conversation. If you are a casino support person, you should be able to say without a doubt that someone will receive their cashout.

This many days is unacceptable and one of the reasons that Rival is doing so poorly with players. 24 hours should be the max. After all, we can deposit in seconds.

You know what Andy, you're absolutely correct and as far as I'm concerned, it's not even about the money (cashout) anymore...it's about how absolutely incompetent Rival and their white-label casinos have become.

What we all hoped was once a great alternative for USA Players to replace Microgaming has really just become a sick joke.

I'm currently cleaning up my Rival Casino List of Rival Casinos that I once promoted with enthusiasm by removing all but just a few Rival Casinos that I currently play at myself, that I know does take good care of their players and actually do give a flying phuck about what is expressed about them on forums and such.

The rest of em, well they're off to the in-famous Rogue List where they can die a slow death in the SERP's.

I mean seriously, I don't think there are many affiliates that have given them any better chance of redeeming themselves than I have. They chose the other route obviously and Rival Rep has failed big time in helping his/her white-labels succeed!

I was the first one to jump into Bryan's (Casinomeisters) shit when he rogued the entire Rival white-label clan. Looking back on that now, I can honestly say that I am a big enough man to apologize to Bryan for helping to get him to change his mind on the Rival white-labels. I regret doing that now.

You Rival guys think you were worried when Bryan added you to his Rogue List, you ain't seen nothing yet! Sit back and watch the show that is getting ready to happen....

Really? Working really hard huh....but not hard enough to respond to emails though!

Over the last seven days I have sent support@21grandcasino.com seven, that's (7) emails and you know how many of those emails I got a response to?

Seriously, go ahead and just take a WILDE GUESS....

ZERO, NADA, NONE! Not a damn one of those 7 emails I have sent was responded to...

And the catch all here is the fact that all 7 of those emails were sent as a player, regarding myself as a player there at 21 Grand Casino, not as an affiliate!!

Take that to the bank and cash it now...:rolleyes:
