Hi guys,

Focal Click hasn't paid me for over a year.
They owe me over $20k.
Keep getting the same answers from my account manager (let me check, let me get back to you) and nothing happens.
Anyone else is having issues?

Yes. Pretty much the same boat here. We have been trying to work something out with them for months and we've been paid a tiny fraction of what is owed. But let's just say that the actions don't match the promises and whatever goodwill they once had with us has entirely evaporated.

I recommend that others that are not yet in the hole with these guys steer clear. Don't say you weren't warned.

It seems that somehow I am "lucky" that their conversion was really poor when working with them.

I hope an AGD staff member can help us sort this, otherwise Focal Click should be in the ROGUEHOUSE.

I also got scewed over with a link over at omnicasino.com for many listings across our network. Then they just removed the link few months after their listings.

I honestly don't know why I keep reporting things here and hoping to get help.
Never had even one dispute resolved with the help of AGD.
Not saying that anyone here owes my anything - just saying it has been a waste of my time and energy.

It's a paradox that many "bad" programs according to AGD are actually fair and honest (at least treated me fairly) - and many "certified" programs are dodgy and worthless.

This site does more harm than good to a new affiliate getting into the industry.
The best evidence is that "rogue"/"predatory" programs like Buffalo Partners, Casumo, Bet365 are being heavily promoted by all truly big affiliates. We promote them for a reason.

They're always very present at conferences, but not here it seems.

I do not agree with your critic about AGD. If programs are rogued here, it's always because of an objective reason. That doesn't mean that other programs cannot become rogue or act bad against some affiliates.

In the end, it's about money. Just like a webmaster making $ 1.000 / month is not going to rogue a program that is good for $ 500 a month, bigger websites seem to not rogue their most important partners.

It's not just the revenue, but it has also impact on the price when the website will be sold. $ 50.000 less a month, means also some millions less if you sell the website. And take notion that bigger website make way more than $ 50.000 a month with their most important partners. And if the website is already sold to "super affiliates" they're having usually shareholders that do not accept less profit just because some smaller webmasters were screwed by a certain affiliate program.

This is not an opinion, but just the way how I see things going.

I apologize, was very frustrated when I wrote that, I am aware that a forum cannot solve 100% of the problems in an industry with many bad participants.
Guys here are at least trying and that matters a lot.

Let's wait for Elliott's response.
I suppose he knows who I am, we've been working together for almost a decade now.

Update: Elliott and I had a conversation today, he promised that the owner of the business will contact me via email and explain the situation and payment schedule. My interest is to get paid, their interest is to maintain their reputation and have affiliates trust them.

I will update this thread as we go along.

When I noticed this thread, I naturally assumed "Elliott" was no longer with this group. But, seems I was wrong in that assumption. Not that I'm trying to protect anyone's interests here; I don't work with Focal Click and or promote any of their casinos.

However, I have known Elliott for many, many years.

Can't answer why people haven't been paid, all I can say is if Elliott is now handling it, it will get attention, and hopefully all affiliates owed, will be paid. Least that's my experience... I've always known him to be a man of his word ;)

Anyone else having issues to get their payments ?
It seems that from time to time financial problems coming across.

I have read the statements and content here and can confirm that the answers from contacts are always the same. There are no explanations and the issue will only be moved.

Of course it's not nice for a manager to hear about financial problems but what should we do ?

Again waiting and waiting ?

I ask not for help here because the issue is already in the pipeline but it should clarify that we as partners are not satisfied with situation.
